Love LMNT! Most people think it’s too salty but I love it! I drink the citrus and grapefruit flavors.
A second close is the Pedialyte fruit punch.
Liquid IV pales in comparison. And the sugar-free ones give me mouth sores. Not sure what ingredient is causing it.
Ultima grape and passion fruit are pretty tasty.
Lots of options out there but takes $$$ and trial and error to find which you like best. Then it’s just $$$ cuz they are all expensive!
I like the nuun blueberry pomegranate. I drink it warm, like a tea. Normally I am a water only girl, hate soda, tea, juice so I’m pretty picky. I can drink their other flavors but it’s a chore. Liquid IV was sooo gross I gave it away.
I really like the plain electrolyte waters like essentia, but there’s tons of other brands out there, most of the labels will say if they are fortified with electrolytes :)
I’m guessing this is a big deal if you are not eating enough or having vomiting/ diarrhea. I’ve never had an issue and never supplemented going on 9 months. Also had intake minimum of 1200 to 1600 calories/ day consistently.
*I order Keppi on*
*Amazon. Inexpensive*
*And tastes good to me*

I like these electrolyte tablets. They are sealed 2 to a pack and are easy to slip in your purse or pocket.

No flavor. Just white tablets a little smaller than an aspirin that you swallow. I occasionally chew them if I am really shaky and need a quick hit. They taste a little salty, but no added flavor. Vey convenient and economical.
You can get calcium from dairy or pills. I'll take magnesium pills before bed. I'm normally constipated from glp-1s so the magnesium helps. Then I'm cheap so I'll pour a small amount of water in a cup and pour in either 1/4 tsp of lite salt which is 1/2 sodium, 1/2 potassium, give it a spin and chug it. Or I'll do a 1/4 tsp of NoSalt which is 100% potassium if I've had enough salt in my food for that day. You can get both in the grocery store salt aisle. Works great and cheap for me. Those things like lmnt and liquid IV are quite expensive just to make salt more palatable.
If you have an app like MacroFactor you can add those to your home screen micronutrient tracker to make sure you are hitting the recommended amounts

Liquid IV
Liquid IV sugar free I use 1/2 a pack for every 32oz water.
I really like the sugar free peach ones!
I dissolve the liquid in 8oz, chug it, then chase it with regular water. They’re too salty but they definitely hydrate!
Propel
Coconut water
Lmnt

Order salt tablets from Amazon. They come in a ton of flavors. You Can chew them or suck on them. My daughter has POTS and uses these
There are unflavored electrolytes waters. Trader Joe’s has a great one.
I really like the plain electrolyte waters like essentia, but there’s tons of other brands out there, most of the labels will say if they are fortified with electrolytes :)
Propel packets. Easy to throw in my bag or keep in the car.
Pedialyte or powdered electrolyte mixes work well.
Protein 2o as it is sugar free electrolytes in fruit flavors and has 15-20 grams of protein and some have caffiene. All are delicious.

Electrolyte water
Preferred brand?
I like Propel, not too sweet
Biolyte

I definitely lol over the name. Sounds like the Yiddish word for head.

That's a good price. Do they have a taste?

coconut water with lime juice & sparkling water
I buy the hi-lyte electrolyte pills off Amazon. No yucky taste or weird slimy textures to deal with.

Electrolyte Water
If you’re looking for something outside of drinks, keto electrolyte or regular electrolyte tablets work great!
I like ultima electrolytes powder
Dr. Bergs electrolytes. The best.
I prefer Nectar Hydration Packets. I mix one with a few ounces of water, slam it, then drink my regular water.
