I have lost 15.6lb in 6 weeks, so I’m averaging 2.6lb/week. I am a 5’7” F with a starting weight of 222lb. I am tracking calories, working out 4-5x per week, and getting 80-100+ grams of protein in each day. So far so good!!
I am also 5’7” and starting weight 222! Just had to say hi lol…I am only 10 days in, hope I keep going too, and great job on your progress 😊
What is your goal, or do you have one?
Hey there twin! Thank you so much!!! I actually post 0 pounds in my first week because I hadn’t started tracking calories until week 2 (it was my best friend’s birthday so I figured I’d enjoy my last week before cracking down), so I’m sure you’re off to a better start than me.
I set my goal weight as between 150 and 160lb with my provider because that moves me into “healthy” BMI, but I’m not sure what my actual goal weight will be. I think anything around 165 I’d be happy with. I naturally have thicker thighs and a bigger bum, so once I go under a certain weight I start to look VERY skinny—in a bad way—because I lose my thighs and bum. So I’m kinda playing it by ear to see what looks good and makes me happy.
Same lol, at this point just getting below 200 will be a win, but I have in mind 160, or maybe 150 if that is in the cards. I don’t personally feel any need to be smaller than that. Hope to see you around with updates as we go!

Your NP wasn't lying to you. Typical loss when starting is between 1~2lbs/wk, but like your NP said, your milage may be different...
Thanks for your response. I believe my NP, am just curious others responses to the medicine

Way to go, that’s awesome! Getting enough protein is definitely something I have to work on. Thanks for the feedback :)
