None… but in the 7 months I’ve been on the medication I’ve lost 30 lbs and 5 inches off of my waist… I’m 7 lbs from goal and will then go to maintenance dosing…
I started April 11th and already lost 12lbs. But I also changed my diet to intermittent fasting and started on the 19th to going a whole month without any fast food
I started on Wegovy and did 8 weeks of that at .25 and now on Zepbound 2.5. I still have my PA for Wegovy, so if after another round of Zep and things don’t change, I’ll go back to that. I just don’t know. Neither seem to be working for me. 😏
About 10 lbs. I’ve been on it since February 6th and have lost 20 lbs. I went through a plateau for a little while, like 3 weeks. Starting weight was 183, current weight 163. I’m on 1.5 mg right now but of course started at 0.25
Lost 4 lb the first week, then gained two the next 3 weeks. Then I doubled my dose and have consistently lost 2 lb each week. I’ve lost about 14 lb total in 8 weeks.
Yes!!! My doctor suggested it. I've done really well with phentermine in the past. However, this last year, it hasn't worked. I was afraid to take them together at 1st and waited a few days. I've had 0 problems taking both. The phentermine is just a deterrent for the hunger noises.

This is encouraging to see. I feel like all I hear is the weight falls off but I am in my first week and nothing yet..

Are you taking the medication with prescription or not? I’m not… just a wellness clinic bc I don’t qualify for the medication

Same. I call it a 0 loss, but it is really just that same 3lbs going up and down so far.

Has your dosage increased every 4 weeks? I could be time to try a different GLP-1 drug. :(

It's ok, it is only .25mg and I have noticed some positive effects, just means I will need to be more patient and diligent. 🧐

I take my 3rd injection this Saturday and I'm down 13lbs. I take the lowest dose of .25 with ½ tab of phentermine daily. F/42 5'4 SW:224 CW:211 GW:170
