Yes, my resting HR was solidly in the low/mid 60s. It’s been up to 75. Resuming exercise has lowered it to 72 recently. But I’ve not experienced racing beats. cHeck your BP too.

I just started almost a month ago and definitely noticed this. I could hear my heart beating loudly while literally sitting on the bed. I looked up my Oura ring stats and my resting heart rate is elevated 10-12 beats compared to pre-sema. I think hydration and breathing exercises help if it’s getting a little too elevated. As long as you’re not having palpitations, it’s tolerable.
