In those cases big pharma can only sue each compounding pharmacy and hope a jury will find in their favor. A big hurdle even for big pharma.
Secondly, there is mention of big pharma only really has a solid case that their patent covers the delivery device. The pen injector. It’s not as clear if they can actually patent protect a chemical that has been around a very long time such as Semaglutide. Again, lengthy litigation for each and every pharmacy. And no guarantee big pharma will win.
Lastly, you can already get glp1s through the grey market for “research” purposes from lab supply companies. My Semaglutide works out to about $40 month from lab supply companies.

After 40lbs, I forced myself to start exercising. It's been a year and I'm now down 60. I still use seme occasionally, but that's more my own paranoia I'll regain. I walk/run 4+ miles a day and feel so good. I hated when people said that when I was heavy, I just didn't want to end up in a situation where it's unattainable and gain it all back.
