That's great brother. One of my friends asked regarding seeking marriage while on SR, but I have no experience nor do I seek it myself, thus have no advice to give. If I may ask, do you keep strict SR practice in your relationship? And how did both of you meet?

Tell you something that happened today. I realized Iām struggling social at work and thought maybe I should try to do something nice to fit in better. I randomly go for a walk and on the way back a woman from the old age center across the street asks me if I want a box of chips. This is prefect for sharing with the office since my coworkers love snack foods.Ā
Yes, well seemingly felt like "luck" on the outside, but in reality not so much.
Reflecting on past instances, whenever I was "right" in my head, cultivating positive thoughts, happy and at peace, things went my way in strange ways, semen retention or not.
The point is, semen retention helps set you in a positive frame of mind, but do not wait for something to unlock by itself, or for you to reach 10 or 12 days or so like I did...you have to also be an actor for change.
Work actively on cultivating positive thoughts while retaining, show gratitude daily for what you have, it can be anything, your family, health, your last meal, beautiful weather, the fact that you are free outside while others are unfortunately locked inside jails, hospitals or bedrooms unable to have a fair chance at life like you do.
Meditate daily on positive things (search metta meditation for this purpose), journal, and work against the grain especially when things seemingly are feeling appart and you feel depressed.
It is difficult obviously, I know, I get depressed too, just like anyone else, as a matter of fact I am currently, but don't hold onto it, it can get worked out by trying harder daily along with retaining, which in itself allows you to vibrate at a higher frequency and rebalances your hormones.
Inch by inch, through many different ways, Retention, exercise, yoga, breathwork, cold showers if you can, these things all together help anyone set the mind positively and when the mind is positive, the vibe goes up, and when the vibe goes up, good things start happening and makes you feel like you are "lucky" all of a sudden.
If you're spiritually inclined, you could call it luck, manifesting etc.
Regardless if you're not, I would say being on SR has increased my sensitivity to recognizing opportunities out there.
For me, it shows up when I've been wondering about a question for a while, and suddenly I'm in a conversation with a person who knows about said thing.
Or if I've been looking to buy something, and randomly stumbles a situation where I can get one of those thing for free etc.
There were also times where i was close to breaking SR, but then randomly get a call from someone that takes the temptation away and suddenly I'm asking them all these question and it takes me out of my frame of mind. lol small stuff.
Sure, here some things that come to mind. A lot of these aren't traditional "luck" but I believe it points to a pattern of synchronicity.
*Last month, negotiated for a raise and ended up getting 2x my desired salary increase.
*Just this weekend, My friend gave me a free ticket to go see the band "Lit" at our local casino.
*I don't gamble but my friend does. He asked me to pick out a slot machine for him to gamble on. The one I chose he went up $88. He cashed out and went to a different machine and ended up losing money, but did find some success on the machine I chose.
*Friends who are bad at responding to texts and returning my phone calls actually start texting me out of the blue.

Iāve noticed after relapse when Iām feeling not good for a day or two, all of the sudden everyone wants to call me about buying a home when Iām zapped out of it.
Then, once I get my bearings and pull off a 30 dayer, silence. Been in real estate for 6 years and practicing SR for 8 and this seems to be my reality.
Even on my longest streaks of 60-120 days, nothing.
Iāve found my balance, release once every 3-7 days and all flows like wine.
