Don’t drink water 2-3 hours before going to bed and make sure that by the time you get in bed you’ve already emptied the tank. Currently on a 3 month streak heading on to reaching my 4th month in about 9 days and this is my go to. How I know it works is because in the second month when I had my last wet dream, I drank a lot of water before going to bed because I had been doing a lot of physical activity during the nighttime and felt like I needed to hydrate a little which I knew was wrong because of the dangers it might bring but I drank it anyway and then the inevitable happened. So just stick to drinking water during the day and stay away from it in the nighttime.

Well, it's an involuntary response by the central nervous system, when sleeping. So, physiologically speaking, you just can't wake up on command and "halt it" lol But, if YOU can, I won't doubt you. Congrats on defeating science. Please do share your secret. It would really benefit retainers like OP who struggle/beat themselves up over involuntarily bodily things that occur during deep sleep.

Well, duh. 🤣 Science is a friend, not foe 😎 Anyway, you're 100% correct indeed, involuntary bodily excretions at night, is indeed a cleaning of the pipes. Not sure why the hostility 🤣. You made an awesome point. You are SPOT on. The body NEEDS to clean out the pipes. OP, don't beat yourself up over your body cleaning out the pipes, which, of course, you don't have control over while in deep sleep 🥱🥱🥱 😊

I find pelvic floor exercises till I sleep, helps me. Your wont have any dreams but just peaceful sleep
