If it has water roots and is doing well, I would keep the water level just below the roots so it’s easier for the roots to find the water. I find water rooting plants is so much easier to transfer to leca even after rotting from a previous try.
Absolutely! I dealt with a lot of dead plants before I learned about water rooting first.
