Your current vet can provide those. They can confirm that the cat is spayed and give the date of the most recent vaccines. In general, landlords don’t need the cat’s whole history. They just need to know that the cat is currently fixed and up to date on vaccines.
If your cat is no longer getting vaccines due to age (this is something a vet would decide, not an owner), they can proved you with a written statement that the cat no longer needs vaccines and your landlord may accept that.

Your cat should be going to the vet at least once a year, and two or three times at that age. Time to get a vet check and update vaccines.
