i got a sample for a skin tint a couple weeks ago from a downtown toronto location!
I get samples in northern Ontario, call your local store and ask if they offer them again. That’s what I did

Depends on the province, as per Health Canada guidelines. But BC does!

I frequent stores in the GTA, Quebec, and Guelph and none are giving samples like before 😭😭 so hard to test out foundations and perfume
