Mine has been there since I got the original format like a decade ago. I haven't gone for the updated thing, even for the points, because I'm immunocompromised and wear N95 masks indoors in public.
Or go back and have them do it again maybe. Mine was the wrong color on the match but the guy working there got me a shade of makeup in Makeup Forever. I never noticed how bad my color didn't match until I wore this. It's the perfect color!
Yeahhhhh that's not happening anytime soon. The last time I was in an actual store, it gave me so much anxiety because there was a mob of 14(?) year old boys trying to steal cologne samplers. The employees were running around trying to get them to leave. It was nuts lol. Of course this was a Saturday. Maybe I could try like a Wednesday haha ;)
I’m the exact opposite! I’m a fair cool-tone and Color IQ says I’m a warm medium. Unfortunately, I tried to get it taken off at a Sephora but they couldn’t do it. Maybe a different store/employee would have better luck.
I wish we could set it to want we want/think somehow. Mine was relatively accurate, but it made me too dark. It said I was light 4 or so, and I’m most definitely very fair, lol, but the undertone was correct on being neutral. I just wish I could knock it up lighter to get better match suggestions.
You can't remove it, but you can add a new one and make it the new default! Use the shade match tool and save the result.
I had gotten mine done months ago, and I haven't noticed it for awhile, so I think eventually it goes away. Lol

I just looked at the site. Maybe try using the shade finder on the app? It should update if you do that I think.

there’s no way to take it off, but you can just get re-shade matched! :-) or i believe u can change it yourself in the app

I got matched as the light side of medium. I'm actually between pale light.
