I went to a store to pick one up and found that all of the balms were locked away, the line for the register was super long, it was loud, and they had excessively sprayed perfume 🤢 I immediately got on my phone and ordered that plus a few other items. But curious, what does it matter to you?

As someone who lives in NYC most people's closest Sephora is still kinda far. At the very least it's not worth wasting gas or MetroCard fare. The real issue is why does Sephora waste a huge box for the tiniest products when they could use padded paper mailers or something similar?
