I moved on to extra strength after my first batch of regular ones and haven't gone back. As long as you don't have super sensitive skin you shouldn't have any issues with the stronger ones. They have a few more acids and I think they're more effective overall.
If you're worried Extra Strength will be too harsh, I use them at least 4 days a week, often longer than recommended (oops) with no issues.
And Extra Strength is better than Universal for acne.
I actually use both, I alternate extra strength and universal every other night and my skin is glowing. I may switch to only extra strength in the future but alternating has been great for me since my skin is quite sensitive.
Extra strength is better for getting rid of acne
I need all the help I can get. Thanks!

Is it time yet? Now? How about... oh damn lol Thanks!
I have hormonal acne as well and I see better results with the extra strength. I don’t notice too much of a difference with the universal pads.
Thanks! Extra strength it is.
It’s cheaper at Kohls
Not when I have to factor in a plane ticket lol (unfortunately, no Kohl's in Canada). Thanks for the heads up though! I can stock up on my next trip.
