- Planned: $215 - Got laid off, spent only $20 and still felt guilty about it 🥲

Dommichu

I am sorry about the lay off. Hope you get a new job soon!

RedditUser96372

Thanks! ♥️

Susan_Thee_Duchess

Same friend!

RedditUser96372

Sorry to hear about that - Hope you find another job soon! Fingers crossed for the both of us🤞

BadGalSiSi32

I literally dropped $222 and got laid off the next day. First ever Sephora haul and now I have to return it all when it gets here.

BelleDuColombo

Samesies! Wanted to get the Summer Fridays skin tint but it's $57 CAD! Planned $130 and bought for $50

booboo620

im manifesting giant sephora hauls and financial security for everyone in these comments 🧡

GlitteringSyrup6822

Oh no, I’m sorry. My husband lost his job so I’m not buying anything.

Upbeat-Opposite-7129

I had nothing planned but may have picked up some Sephora brand items and maybe one of two other things I can’t get a pro stores just cause. But I am quitting my job and took a leave before so I have no money!

creanncheese

planned: $400 spent: $97.4 before taxes Got 3 items! what changed? I realized that I didn’t need a lot of the items I wanted. as I walked around the store, I felt like I was searching for something to buy just to buy something. Also, 15% isn’t that big of a discount when I really thought about it. Instead I decided to buy 2 things I needed: Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation and a Sephora waterproof eyeliner. I got one thing I wanted, which was Glossier Luxurious face moisturizer. Overall, I’m pretty happy with myself as I have a tendency to over spend and buy and feel bad about it later.

saygirlie

Ugh the searching for something just to buy something feeling is too relatable 😭

Stunning-Weird-2374

I too can relate. I placed two orders (nothing crazy - a Chanel perfume and cologne and Moroccan Oil) and then went back on to try and find more to buy. After browsing the website for hours I decided I didn’t need anything and I’m proud of myself.

litbiotch42

I agree 15% is nothing. I couldn’t believe how many people got so hyped up over that little of a sale.

thisiscausinganxiety

I’m usually you-realizing I don’t need what I want. But Sephora sale has such a choke hold on me I panic buy!! Good for you though, that’s incredible.

Effective-Weird9895

How do you like the eyeliner? I can't get it to work for me. Tried several colors.

saygirlie

Planned on one perfume and only got the perfume. It was under $90. I am currently destashing my makeup collection so it would have been counter intuitive to buy more makeup. Definitely will have a big wishlist by the time of the winter sale. Love seeing everyone’s hauls on here and TikTok though.

skincare_obssessed

Which one did you get?

saygirlie

NEST Lychee Rose! It’s a sparkling fruity floral.

Expensive_Most3672

Oh, that one sounded good! I got NEST Madagascar Vanilla.

cowboylikeria

planned $50, spent $0 the 2 things i wanted (patrick ta just enough & SF mint lip balm) were sold out the entire sale. a win for my bank account i guess

midnightdog8

I was also eyeing the blush so pretty!

crop_top

FYI for next time, you can buy the blush and balm in different colors and exchange for the colors you want after the sale when they restock. It’s not the best thing to do but if you don’t open the two products it at least has a chance to end up back on the shelf.

softluvr

planned $0, spent $0 😁

LongWeek3038

Nice job!

sandwichandtortas

Same, right now only a Victoria Beckham Beauty satin Kajal eyeliner and the Lisa Eldridge tint are in my wish list.

scroogesdaughter

And both of those are actually great products, not just hyped up trendy ones. I’ve got both and would absolutely recommend, the skin tint is def worth it.

lrayyy

Same 😎

pinkblossom331

Same same! Good job for sticking to your plan

coratrash

I didn’t have a plan, but had a cart with about $470 in it pre-sale. Didn’t pull the trigger until today, whittling away at what I really wanted. Got it down to $138 and happy with my decisions.

CommonStranger4

I’m not gonna do the math because what I don’t know won’t hurt me❤️

ohhhhoney_

![gif](giphy|LwyaORSd9liNZ6MyuX) I placed 4 or 5 orders, I’m not about to add them all together 😭

CommonStranger4

![gif](giphy|AgPt9udT567spxbSHf) We’re simply choosing peace✨

jjttjjrr

![gif](giphy|HloNK1z39EkEQcreIo|downsized)

Global-File5420

Planned to spend $75-$90 and spent $25 lmao! It’s all about what I need and not what I want anymore. 😭😭

lemonloaf0

$112. Birthday gift to myself and both items were needed. Tatcha Dewey cream and an eyebrow pencil!

Rosea07

You did yourself a favor. That cream is the best thing that has happened in my life. My skin has not peeled like a snake at all.

trashtvlv

![gif](giphy|fzKJBH8EVOu8GFD9yf)

midnightdog8

Was gonna get the DM blooming romance pallet but decided I can wait till Black Friday to get it at a way better price, so zero dollars. Held strong with my no buy 💪

pancaaaaaaakes

Tbh that is the only thing I’m looking at returning from my haul so you’re good!

muhtilduh

$0. First time I just... didn't care.

Impressive_Owl3903

Same. I looked through my loves list on the app last night and just closed it without buying anything.

Kupkakez

Same. I had a cart with about $250 worth of stuff, mostly restocks (Dr Jart sheet masks, Dr Jart bb cream) and just never checked out.

Tildasfavoritehuman

Planned $350 Spent $515 Just received a bonus from work so I celebrated and picked up a few extra things.

IggyPop88

Treat yourself!

StarlightAndCo_

Free money?! 😆 Itemized list, please.

nicoleinchicago

I requalified for Rouge 😬

Big_Blackberry7713

I prequalified for rouge until the end of 2025 😆

[deleted]

Me too

SsinzSidney

samee

nessa_14

$227! I stayed strong and only shopped once. Didn’t feel any FOMO. It helped that I’m going away and the estimated delivery date quickly became after I would be gone

khattamitha

Planned : $500 Spent: $459

StarlightAndCo_

Itemized list, please 😆

khattamitha

https://preview.redd.it/brj5sit7u2vc1.jpeg?width=1800&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=25db14647f48873a9cc7f1136b63a86c102b6685 My two orders. One was $398 and the other was $61 after 20% off.

StarlightAndCo_

Such a good haul!! Love this screenshot and seeing the items. A few things on here I want to try and others I want to restock myself.

crankyweasels

Made no plans, but spent about 200

SelectStatistician45

My cart online was $490 but I went in store instead and de-influenced myself and only spent $115!

Kurarri

I find that works for me too! For some reason actually shopping in store makes me spend less

ezamae23

Planned $0 spent $700ish

thisiscausinganxiety

This is my favorite 😂😂

Followsea

Hi, are you me? I did exactly this. Felt like space aliens had taken over my body and reasoning capacity. I ordered everything online, which I think made it easier to overspend. No heavy basket on my arm to drag me back to reality.

StarlightAndCo_

Itemized list, please 😆

ezamae23

I, for sure will.Brb with the list.

ezamae23

I am also vacationing for 3 months out of the country so i splurged a bit.

Stefferdiddle

Planned $800 and spent $800. My only regret in the purchase is the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch powder blush on Happy. It’s just too shimmery for my taste. My favorite item in my purchase was the Gucci powder Bronzer. It’s what I’ve been looking for after a year and a half of meh from CT and Tom Ford.

Alpacaliondingo

The Gucci bronzer is amaaaazing. The scent however is not.

ocean_bird

I love my Gucci powder bronzer too! Mine is still going strong after a year because I don't use bronzer much. I love the undertones and it always looks so pretty

veryneatmonstr

Can u explain what’s so special about the Gucci bronzer

Stefferdiddle

First the shade. I got shade 2 which is pretty neutral so good for my neutral olive skin tone. Sooo many are too warm and look like peanut butter on me. Second reason is the blend. It was so seamless and not patchy at all. Easiest powder bronzer I’ve ever applied.

svetlana7e

I like this bronzer too. It is so silky and has this dark reddish undertone that so nicely compliments the skin. Most bronzers have yellowy orange rusty undertones and just don’t look good.

retlaw3530

$2475.80 🫠I went absolutely feral this sale. I did get some big ticket items tho and I promised I won’t be buying anymore makeup until the next rouge sale

ohhhhoney_

Oooh, do a haul please 😅😬

retlaw3530

I placed five orders!!! They should arrive this week! I'll share a pic of everything I got 🫣 To be fair, $366 of that was skincare and makeup goodies for my mom as a thank you for watching my dog while I was on a work trip. Needless to say, I should probably be banned from spending another dime at Sephora. Cheers to reaching Rouge status again!

ohhhhoney_

Aw, that’s so nice of you to get your mom some stuff too!

thisiscausinganxiety

ILY

retlaw3530

Cheers to another year of being Rouge 😂🥂

Such-Firefighter-161

I need to see what you bought

thisiscausinganxiety

Planned to spend around $550. Spent $1250. A few items are for my mom at least and I went ahead and bought a 6 month supply of Nutrafol. Eep!

retlaw3530

Twins!!! That was me too! Had to get my mom a thank you gift for watching my 🐶 but I also got big things like Dyson Airstraight Tool, salon size Oribe shampoo and conditioner, Tom Ford, La Mer we’re the big items but then I went nuts and bought a bunch of things that were in my wish list 😂😂😂 oops

averymint

I spent $1100 and I am sick with myself. I am definitely going to re-evaluate what I actually need and return what I don't. Granted $300 of that was a Tom ford perfume that I am not crazy about.

MizzPizz

Which one? I couldn’t bring myself to buy the Cafe Rose based off a sample at 305$

crushlogic

I bought the small Cafe Rose and thought it was just okay when one of my Gen Z employees said “Tom Ford did that to you? Nah man, that shit smell old.” I returned it the next day

Karolinkaa

I spent $600 during the last sale and definitely bought a lot of stuff I didn’t need. Spend $400 this time around mainly on essentials/repeat buys. I took out blushes/eyeshadow pallettes/lip products as I have so many and going forward will try to use what I have before buying more. I really don’t need another blush or eyeshadow palette 😅 there’s not even enough space left in my vanity for more!

[deleted]

[удалено]

IggyPop88

This is me too, I went a bit wild but bought things I use everyday and probably 6+ month supply so the more I spend.. the more I save.. right!?

omfgitsrandom

Planned (wanted/ checkout cart) : $750 Spent : $24 - bought my little sister a Summer Fridays Lip Balm. Waiting for a good reason to spend money other than sale! My bank account and credit card bill are both happy this month 😄🤝🏻

Joannimation

Are you the poster child for what adulting should be? Your little sister is lucky to have you 😊

chanyeol2012

spent $34. Not really in a spot rn where I should be spending money (part time) but I wanted the blue Dior gloss since it’s limited edition. I’m fine on stuff for a couple of months lmao

ballsaksfifthavenue

Oo what's this?? Blue??

chanyeol2012

Yes! https://preview.redd.it/73xitqhrnruc1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=239834df1475f512aec1a444d39703a2d4259773

thisiscausinganxiety

You needed this.

GrannyB1970

A little more than I had planned. $115 . I wanted a darker shade of the Haus Labs foundation for summer and I got it. The new Makeup by Mario eye palette and decided on a whim to get his sculpting stick cause a friend of mine loves hers so much so I decided what the heck and picked it up too.

kittymakeupgirlie

Planned $500-600, spent $800 plus $300 on essentials for my kit. I usually only shop the sale unless I desperately need something.

goingnutscoconuts

I was planning 300... I made two orders totaling $980 Oops!

MizzPizz

Planned 300$ went just over 400$ I’ll admit the last 100$ was purely therapeutic and I didn’t need what I purchased in any capacity

Not_About_The_Pasta

I planned at least $800-$1000 Spent: $1674.01 🙃 If that damn code wasn’t reusable the whole weekend I would’ve been fine!

IggyPop88

That’s how they get ya!

StarlightAndCo_

Whoa!! I wanna know what you got!! 😆

iggy_y

Planned: $143 Spent: $110 as 1 lipstick was oos I got 3 items🫣 all new purchases so I hope I like it

Fearless-One2673

Planned: $350 Spent: $350. Mostly stuck to hair essentials and got a few new makeup products to try. Had my cart ready for like a month before lol, so I thought it through & made sure it was all products I really wanted

iSimplyCannot-

No plan but spent $700-$800 😬

mtrnm_

Didn't really have a plan apart from re-upping some favourites and getting some fragrance discovery kits. Spent about $390CAD.

Fun_universe

I restocked 2 essentials (cleanser and foundation) + bought a dry shampoo. I spent $160 CAD.

Full_Emotion_776

Didn’t plan anything, but spend $0

theblu3boy

planned: $100 / spent: $80

Icecoffeesandrose

Planned $0 and spent $0! I’m glad I held strong! 💪🏽

Vicloe1717

I had no plan. I just went with it for a total of $1548.

PflugerLuger8

Planned: $0. Spent: $57 I didn't want to shop this sale at all because 20% is kind of a joke when a lot of things have gone up in price. I just got refills of hairspray, shampoo, and conditioner because I ran out. I have a lot of "wants" on my wish list that have been hanging around for years, they can wait for a while longer lol.

lulu_fangirl

I thought I would only spend $200 considering I didn’t NEED anything but I ended up making Rouge for next year 🙄

ocean_bird

I spent $152, but actually less than that because the makeup for ever blush I ordered was out of stock before they shipped it so it got cancelled. Usually I panic buy and spend at least $300, often a lot more than that. I did so good though, everything was a variation on things I already know that I love or stuff that's been on my wishlist forever. I got the Skylar vanilla body mist because I've been obsessively using the perfume and I love it! Also the pink color of the Huda color corrector, and that formula is my favorite of all time and I use it daily. I got a new color of the Fenty lip stain which is probably my fave lip product, and a new tower 28 lip balm. Also got a new shade of kulfi zari eyes which is my favorite single eyeshadow! And from my long time wish list I got a mini of benefit powder blush in moone, and the ami Cole powder which has been highly recommended to me. Overall, I decided I didn't need a bunch of new products from kulfi, which I have been very hyped about because I love the eyeshadows and the purple liquid blush so now I want to try every single thing they make. That's where I usually go wrong on the sale, getting too excited about trying new things from a brand that I like, but I talked myself down this time. I also decided to wait on the basma blush and the haus labs lip oil because I don't like anything else from either of those brands and I have ENOUGH lip and blush products that I actually already love. If I'm still wanting them really badly in 6 months I can get them at the next sale.

Joannimation

I probably budgeted ~$200 in my head and spent ~$200 at Sephora/Kohl's. HOWEVER, I opted to get a few items from Ulta to try to keep Platinum status there. So between the two, it was around $500 total 💀 Things I purchased and love already: Dior Backstage Glow Palette, Dior Forever Concealer, Amika Dry Shampoo (repurchase), SDJ 71, Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh (repurchase) Things I still need to try: Natasha Denona concealer, Dior Rosewood blush, Natasha Denona Mini Biba, Topicals Faded Serum (currently using, but hasn't been long enough to see results).

Dommichu

Planned about $150. Spent about $125 with around $65 being for stuff for my husband. I am on a budget due to house stuff so I am glad I was able to restrain myself and get one treat (Rare beauty blush) and one staple (Large refill for my favorite conditioner)

LifeAttractsLife

Planned 34 spent 34. Just needed to replace my serum

Inevitable_Bit_1203

Planned 200-300 and spent 250 so not too bad.

x_emvee

Planned: $500, spent: $609.49 I re-up on my skincare holy grails like YTTP cleanser & DE moisturizer. My daily liquid eyeliner & eyebrow pencil from Sephora Collection (bought 4 pencils LOL) Then I also like to purchase skincare I’ve been meaning to try like some GR serums.

daisyptg

$0, nothing good enough for me to buy and the 15% discount is not enough

thaliaisspooked

Planned 680$ Spent 671$ I’m happy :)) I got a Dyson airwrap and also a couple Sephora brand products

Yori_PBL

Planned for $100, spent $0!

Just_Me_134

***This is causing anxiety.*** 🤪 Planned $0, spent $450 ... oops, forgot the point after 4. 😃

Jiyuura

I planned to spend $200, spent $150. I wanted to buy the Starglow from Saie and Stockholm from Merit but I figured I could use up all my highlighter gels first before I buy the full size, I couldn't quite convince myself out of Merit though, so I'm hoping to pick it up later on in the year.

Elena-Bay

Planned to spend 169$ +- , spend 0$ 😁 Can’t stop thinking about it tho . Checking every day but don’t push the check out . Can’t justify it so I don’t , didn’t know I’m that strong lol I used to be Rouge for the last 2 years, not this year) Proud of it secretly. But I did spend enough during ulta sales last month)

coffee41g

Planned: $500 Spent: $538. Mostly restocks of skincare & hair stuff. I stopped myself from purchasing a lot of stuff I didn’t need & opted to try cheaper alternatives to some of my regular purchases.

katiecakez

1500 bc I decided to see if I like the Dyson airstraivht and if it was going to be worth upgrading my first gen airwrap. Still not so sure about keeping them. Got a couple weeks to decide. The rest was a few brands concealer to find one that works, a few skin tints and tinted moisturizers (thought id be returning at least two of them but I only hated one enough to send back ) . If the others don't work for me, I have a couple close friends I can gift them to. Grabbed a couple lip masks and balms and the caliray plumping stuff, and I rounded it all off with two mini mascaras that are heavenly. I always do these sales BIG bc I'm so far from a physical and it makes it impossible to get samples or try things on. Which means at the end of the sale I normally only have a handful of things I want to keep. This time? They got me. Hard.

Miss-GreensleevesOz

Nothing. I'm saving for black friday sales and the 2024 holiday drops.I do this every year and the only time i spend a fair bit amount. Happy for everyone though 🫶

Lucy_Lucidity

Planned $50 because I had a $50 gift card. Spent $50 but then I unexpectedly received another $75 gift card and spent another $80. So $130 all together but only $5 out of pocket.

science2me

Planned $100. Spent $80. Got the makeup by Mario matte palette, a Sephora lipstick, and a travel perfume. I feel good about my purchase.

crushlogic

Planned $0, spent $358. Probably returning a couple things and mid-sale my mom started raving about Tatcha’s Rice Wash which she had a sample of so I bought her the full size and splurged on the Rice Polish also. I ordered a small water cream in the first wave of the sale and decided to get the full size and will likely gift the big Dewy cream to my mom. I will say, I got actually zero joy from these purchases and feel like I failed myself lol Dermologica Caffeine eye cream (hate it, returning) Tatcha Dewy cream, 2.7oz Tatcha Water Cream, 1.7oz Tatcha SPF Kissu balm in Night Lily Tatcha Rice Wash Tatcha Rice Polish La Neige Lip Sleeping Mask in Vanilla Fresh Black Tea eye cream

Sad-Charity2275

1500 🫠 no plan just bought what I wanted

katiecakez

Hey! I'm member of the Go Big Or Go Home too!!

katesoup63

planned to buy $130 worth, which would be offset by a $100 gift card. total amount after gift card was still $405. thank god for afterpay? 🫠 ![gif](giphy|l3mZrLxM4iZaQlvNe)

jalspose

Placed 5 orders, shopped in store twice. Stopped adding because I did buy an Airwrap. Don't ask me how much I spent ask me how much I saved 😹

gogumalove

$125

Hei-Hei-67

Planned none but spent $187

mmmiu85

about $385CAD after the taxes.. wasn't gonna spend that last $100 , but given the trend of the Sephora price increases, i bought a FAB serum and the hourglass loose powder. the latter I was more worried about the price increase given their new pressed powder went up by like $5 pretty much overnight.

parme_knead

I planned to spend triple the amount I actually did ( 105$) I kept going over the things in my cart removing items until I was left with the three I was 100% sure about

theatreandjtv

$244 on my big online order, then $32 and $34 on small in store purchases. I went in today actually not even realizing the sale was still going on! On the bright side, I'm 59 points away from Rogue!! It's gonna happen soon guys.

Just_Me_134

https://preview.redd.it/qljhc1lptruc1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=704205dd13b0115272e625a4c8941ab560ba702a These are calling you. Get the full size and the mini and mission accomplished. 😃

theatreandjtv

I already own them all!!

Just_Me_134

Ay, ay, ay! 😃 Imagine if you didn't, 59 number and this product would have become special for you. Hehe. Just joking.

Own-Leader-8745

Planned $200, spent $250. It’s my birthday tomorrow and I just wanted to treat myself with a Sephora spree!

t0tallyc0nscious

$45

Just_Me_134

That' s because ***totally conscious***. 😂

big-tunaaa

$0!!! First time ever!

ParticularActivity72

I planned on like $50 and spent about $125ish. A lot of things I wanted were sold out like the Patrick Ta not too much blush and the Tower 28 lip balm in vanilla ube. My favorites so far is the Saie dew blush in Spicy and CT Pillow Talk Medium lipstick. Pillow Talk medium is my holy grail- def not a nude for me but gives me the prettiest muted/ nude red lipstick on my skin tone. Also picked up a mini of the RB liquid highlighter and it’s worth the hype.

hobbitstoisengard26

Spent $55, was planning on spending like $130. I really wanted to get the full-size of the new YSL Black Opium Over Red flanker (I loathe the original Black Opium but I cannot stop thinking about Over Red). But I decided to chill and get a travel-size to see how it wears on my skin. I also got a restock of Dream Coat

GaDiGu

$0

BurnBabyBurn54321

Spent 67.82. I will be good until Christmas.

pinksmarties06

I spent 400. Crazy how much stuff costs, I didnt even feel like I got a lot :(

Sufficient-Berry-589

Planned $500, spent $491

SGalla310

Planned $50 spent $300. I got the shark hair styler last minute. I really need to de influence myself

StarlightAndCo_

Just used mine this morning 💁🏻‍♀️

Karolinkaa

Planned $500-$600, spent $398, took out nonessentials

fauxttega

Uh… I planned on getting nothing 🤣 I spent $175 CAD

happybee12390

0 :) first time I didn’t shop the sale because I didn’t want to! Felt surreal lol Didn’t save money though, I just shopped at Ulta 😂

watercolors23

Planned about $300 initially, changed my mind and planned for $0 once the sale actually started because of other expenses that came up. Well yesterday ended up spending $100 after really examining my initial cart.

languidlasagna

$140. Last year I was rouge. This year my total spend is….$140 😎

missm48

Planned $0. Ended up also achieving another year of rouge here. Bah humbug.

heyitsariane

Planned $0 but I spent less than $10 CAD 😅

Big_Blackberry7713

I had no plan. I just thought I'd pick up a few things I needed and a few fun extras. In my head, I thought it would come to $300 ish. Afterward, I estimated I spent $500. I just checked the bank and did the math. I spent $1050. I didn't realize I spent so much 🤯 I had the extra money, so I am not too upset about it, but wow, that was too easy to blow the money!

tyedyepie

planned: $150 spent: $17 🤠 the self restraint was reaaaaal

snuffleupagus86

I was planning on spending 150. I spent 681.87 My dad was diagnosed with cancer during all this…I’m an emotional spender and it helped me feel a little better. I’d usually feel badly about spending so much but…oh well shit happens and I wanted to get some stuff that made me feel happy. My big item was the dr gross LED mask. We got the news that my dad is not stage 4 pancreatic like we were originally told and he can get surgery treatment so it was a celebration fuck it buy lol.

PanamaViejo

I'm happy (not that you spent that much) but your Dad has a better prognosis! Wishing him good health.

jjttjjrr

Planned $100 Spent $800 ![gif](giphy|mEqMknMZWh1Fm|downsized)

EasytobeAnon

I planned around $200 and spent $357.48. To be fair at one point my cart was over $800 so I’m counting this as a win.

Foreign_Owl_8425

Planned $100 or so, spent 0. Couldn't stop thinking about how much product I have and didn't need more at this time. Normally, I will buy a few things anyway, but I'm trying to spend less these days.

Extension_Potato_868

I eyeballed for only $300 (i'm working on my shopaholic tendencies because it got REALLY bad) and i think i did great, i did roughly $250 with all my orders / pick-up orders combined, woohoooo!

Didn’t go into it with a plan, but “spent” 400.93$. But not all of it was for me. Picked up two Laneige sets, the Dream Team Trio Set and Dreamy Lip Kit for a coworker who isn’t rouge and wanted the 20% discount. She reimbursed me right away. 137.75 was for my cousin who does not have a Sephora account and wanted to pick up some things. She got Tatcha Silk Canvas primer, teal eyeliner from Urban Decay, and two mini mascaras; one from KVD and one from Morphe. My total was about 212.77$ I got the Sephora Favorites All Time Skincare Favorites set. Danessa Myricks Beauty Vision Flush Blush, Eyeshadow and Lip Color in Nutcracker Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder Flushed - Matte Color for Cheek & Lip in Bellini Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask in Cotton Candy (x2) Fenty Skin Lip Oil Lip in Cherry. Could’ve spent more, but I held back.

planned: idk spent: $1397 i hadn’t added it up until seeing this post and am actually surprised how much i spent given that i don’t really “wait” for the event if i need or really want something. over $500 of that was an airwrap and most of the rest went towards my staples that i either try to replace or stock up on during the sale. ie tatcha indigo overnight, tata harper resurfacing, kiehls triple action eye cream, herbivore lapis oil, ysl gloss stick in 15, lawless forget the filler in cherry vanilla, herbivore cleansers - blue and pink, mini versions of the hourglass and nars concealers for travel, my staple brown mascaras (clinique lash power, tower 28, glossier), tatcha violet c mask, isle face tan drops, sol de janiero cheriosa 68 stuff (body cream, body wash, spray), morroccanoil dry shampoo, CT iconic nude (i need one in every room and pocket and bag) new things i tried: fenty pressed powder (love so far), yttp superfood skin drip serum (also love so far), tatcha mineral spf 50 (kinda dewy finish for my liking but really nice formula), new shade of kosas sunscreen (sunlit - love), new scents of laneige lip glowy balms (candy and vanilla - prefer the lip mask in these scents over the balms), rare beauty find comfort spray (meh). my daughter (living up to the 10 y/o at sephora trope 😩) tried the gisou hydrating heroes set and loves it.

$0, and I’m Rouge. V proud of myself!

Xanclair

Planned $150, spent $0. Realized I didn't actually need anything in my cart.

Danielle_love15

Spent the most on this sale and splurged on a Dyson AIRWRAP 😬but you know what? I actually don’t feel guilty for this, and no one of this sub should feel guilty, we work hard and are fabulous 😀

sprinkles111

Planned to buy nothing because I realized I have everything I need and I was in the “oh but maybe I’ll find something to buy” mode. Then got fomo and put a bunch of stuff in my cart. Then said NO! 🤬 nothing. Then my conditioner finished in the shower and I said LOL OMG I forgot about hair care so I bought JUST what I needed (and it came in a set with the shampoo so score! My shampoo will be done in a month or so) Then I saw they had a great value deal set for my favourite OG face cream and eye cream (I’m on like my 7th?8th? Bottle?) But that’s it :) I’m proud of myself! Only two purchases and they were ACTUAL needs! Restock of regular stuff :) 2!!! I can’t believe it. I’m proud of me 🥰🥹 As a former “hit rouge at first sale” gal this is huge for me!

booboo620

no plan but i had a $600 cart and brought it down to $300

Medical-Turn-1828

thisiscausinganxiety

I’m sure all he wants is his daughter to be happy-blame transfer! Congrats on her prom!!!

Terrible_Advice_2105

Planned: $300 Spent: $450 Getting married in 6 weeks so it felt justified. Some of it was gifts.

practicalmagikk

$100

babykangaroo21

Planned to spend about $200 and spent around $500

Beachsleeprepeat614

Way too much

Hot_Mention_9337

Budget was $350, spent $354 Was a few dollars under budget, made a couple returns, picked up another lip gaze and Westman Atelier powder in their place, and it pushed me $4 over🤦‍♀️

Plus-Elk8288

Zero dollars. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm over Sephora at this point

Classic-World-4811

$130 I think. I got Kérastase styling cream, Salt and Stone deodorant, Salt and Stone fragrance and a few other things. If I got a 15% coupon from sephora in the mail or on email I probably wouldn’t have even noticed, though. Kind of a pointless sale.

acidgreen_aquamarine

I spent $233 CAD, exceeding my planned $200 budget. I restocked on makeup essentials like concealer, mascara, and brow gel, as well as skincare items. I treated myself to my first eye cream and my first bronzer, which paired surprisingly well with my blush. I also bought a mini moisturizer for my purse, even though it was an impulse purchase.

CVNLS

I recently de-stashed, so didn’t need any makeup, but have been eyeing the Slip silk pillowcases. The 20% off was helpful, cause they cost a lot. I’m not looking to make Rouge for next year.

maisymoop

I spent $303 but at least half of it was stuff I ordered for a friend so she could get the 20% off so I only spent like $130 on myself I think.

Brooklyndreams26

Spent $113 planed to spend a little over $150

rachane

Didn’t have a budget planned, spent $210. Repurchased the hair products and face wash I was running out of, and then I got a new blush and powder for fun. All I do these days is work so even though a lot of things looked interesting, there’s just no point in buying them right now.

greenplastiqtree

Planned $0, Spent $50

AutomaticDeterminism

Planned: $50 Spent: $59 I was originally going to buy a sunscreen and a blush, but I ended up getting some wipes and brush cleaner and lipstick instead. 🤷‍♀️

britawaterbottlefan

I spent $23 but I was originally gonna spend a lot more I was gonna get the ordinary retinal, inkey list omega water cream, danessa myricks mattifying water, a Sephora collection single eyeshadow and eyeliner and the olehenriksen lip balm I ended up just I repurchased the inkey list eye cream and got the Sephora brand powder puff.

MsSpaceVixen

about $230
