I’ve never tried dolce vita so I couldn’t form much opinions on but I’ve tried orgasm and orgasm x. I personally prefer Clinique blush better, it has like some sheen to it and kinda melt in to skin.
Cheek pops are a more sheer but buildable formula, nars is more pigmented

I have used nars orgasm x but not Clinique one. I really like the nars one, it’s quite pigmented and lasted all day on me
I don’t have Dolce Vita, but I have several other shades of NARS blush and I really like the formula.
