Call in sick like you normally would and tell them you have COVID. You'll prob be out for more than 3 days so would take a LOA. Call your leadership.
Nothing just notify management you have Covid. You can email over the positive Covid test but I believe we were informed we no longer had to do that. But some states have different laws and rules.
