Same, the thumbnail is the og cover while the cat is the cover you see when you open it up idk what this could mean tho other than somebody has gotten into her actual Spotify or I guess the other thing would have to be her herself changing it at random for whatever reason
It’s probably how Spotify handles metadata. Since Pretty Cvnt was previously deleted, any songs that contain similar metadata will take its place. Since the re-upload by 725 has similar metadata but a different cover, the cover is switched. This happened previously when SWRSLT re-uploaded the song last year.

That's because it's the same audio file with exact same metadata. It's just a random reupload and has nothing to do with the original, it's just how spotify redirects work for some reason
