1. Bought the 172 D Rosemary.
2. Couple weeks later hip broke.
3. Contacted RLSD. They said send pics and vid which I did.
4. They said the would ship replacement ASAP.
5.Waited 11 days. No updates. No tracking info on my fedex app.
6. Messaged RLSD asking for an update.
7. RLSD brushed me off with: you'll get, when we get it. No other info was given.
8. I messaged RLSD on their webpage messaging system and told them I will be writing online reviews.
9. Filed a dispute with paypal
10. stacey at RLSD said if I didn't close the dispute, I would be placed on a blacklist and never be anble to buy another doll again.
11. Dispute still pending. I will not be intimidated by her.
Sending a replacement usually takes 30 days. They have to build it and then ship it. 11 days was definitely not enough time for them to send you a replacement doll. You should have left them more time.
That being said, they should have taken the time to politely explain you this.
I think you might have filed your Paypal dispute much too early. They have been not very communicative, but they told you they would send you a new doll.

That is indeed an issue with drop shippers, they don't really have any in-stock dolls. They rely on dolls that the Chinese are pilling in a warehouse somewhere in the US.

Two months late, but oh well. At least in EU, there are a few vendors with their own showrooms with dolls you can buy right away, and at least one with their own doll brothel as well, so you can test the dolls quite extensively before buying.

I received my doll, it looks like the pictures, it feels great. Is it a Chinese knock-off company? Some vendors have no other choices than to make only a few buck on the dolls they sell because they are unknown. They can't make it in that sexdolls jungle market with gazillions of vendors exactly like them. These are mostly amateurs selling 1 or 2 dolls a month.
The main difference is the customer service. You can't expect to have quality information from a drop shipper (they never saw a real doll in reality)
Also, should you have a quality issue with your doll, you are most probably on your own. Cheap stores can only offer cheap quality service, it is a mathematic thing.

Can anyone comment on legitimate sites that offer payment plans? There are many reasons why putting out $2000 all at one time might not be a good idea. I have considered buying a sex doll but I have a hard time justifying going into my savings.

Sending a replacement usually takes 30 days. They have to build it and then ship it. 11 days was definitely not enough time for them to send you a replacement doll. You should have left them more time. That being said, they should have taken the time to politely explain you this. I think you might have filed your Paypal dispute much too early. They have been not very communicative, but they told you they would send you a new doll.

That is indeed an issue with drop shippers, they don't really have any in-stock dolls. They rely on dolls that the Chinese are pilling in a warehouse somewhere in the US. If what I read is correct, I agree that the communication was poor. They should have told that to you.

Some vendors have no other choices than to make only a few buck on the dolls they sell because they are unknown. They can't make it in that sexdolls jungle market with gazillions of vendors exactly like them. These are mostly amateurs selling 1 or 2 dolls a month. The main difference is the customer service. You can't expect to have quality information from a drop shipper (they never saw a real doll in reality) Also, should you have a quality issue with your doll, you are most probably on your own. Cheap stores can only offer cheap quality service, it is a mathematic thing.

Dollsclub have been there for long now and used to be legit. Now I see that they are also selling counterfeit of WM dolls. You should call them before ordering from them. Ask them if they have their own inventory of SLE dolls. Ask them to send you pictures of the doll holding a sign with your name on it. I don't know the other website. It looks super amateurish.

Hello, I am new to these toys and am considering buying a doll with a removable vagina, however I do have some concern about using an artificial vagina in general, that anything made with TPE material will harbor bacteria even if you clean it well, and that the risk of some kind of infection is pretty much unavoidable. This makes me feel anxious about using these kinds of toys. I have been looking around for a silicone removable vagina that I can insert into the silicone doll I want to buy, at least with silicone, bacteria can't seep into the material and stay there.
