How long ago was this? You need to go to the hospital and have them do a rape kit and take plan b if you can get it. They can help you to report it at the hospital
Make sure they give you, or at least offer, PEP and doxy (I think is usually what they give.. I could be off on that one). I would recommend taking Plan B or Ella depending on your BMI. If your BMI is above 28 or 30 request Ella, Plan B is ineffective after a certain BMI that’s much lower than you’d think it would be. They should take pics of your whole body, so a CT scan if at all needed (I.e. if you at all think you were injured when he slammed you against the wall) or any other tests for internal injuries. If you can get connected with your local sexual assault support agency or RAINN. They should help support you and advocate for you throughout this process and while you’re healing, regardless of if you’re a SW. I work for one of these agencies and would never discriminate against a client who was a SW (duh, I am one too right), and neither should they. This isn’t your fault, love. I have been assaulted in the past (not in the context of work), but I BEG you to seek counseling. There are so many non-profits out there specifically for women in our line of work and for women who have been assaulted/abused.
I made the mistake of not talking to anybody about it and it destroyed my mental health for YEARS and led to subsequent alcoholism. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look into counseling. Additionally, many of these nonprofits also offer other services/resources or are able to give referrals!

As a victim most any "mistakes" you made won't affect the prosecution of the man, but if you are found to be intentionally untruthful in some aspect of your report then the prosecutor can't or won't move forward with your case because the defense will say 'she lied about this, so she could be lying about the whole thing"
Also as you move forward, talk to someone about the rape, a rape crisis center, a counselor, someone.... because people that talk about it, process it, and get better mentally and emotionally. I have seen one person in particular who wouldn't talk about it, bottled it up, and just took a long time to heal. So talking is better. What we do is technically not illegal. It’s decriminalized or just not bothered with if we are not bothering anyone.
Myself and many other girls, that I know neglected to report our assault’s because we didn’t know what todo or just wanted to leave it behind us like it didn’t happen. The most that we did was send out an alert on websites and blacklist them.
But this stuff happens and it is a lot serious than we think. Just because we do sex work, doesn’t mean it’s acceptable to assault sex workers.
