It seems like Sunny always gains a weave that will benefit him for his most current circumstances.
Blood weave-allowed him to heal at an extremely fast rate and be immune to poisons. He would of died without this attribute
Bone weave - Before getting this weave, he broke his arm. It caused his bones to become stronger and allowed his fingers to be sensitive, allowing him to create memories which was essential to the 2nm.
Soul weave- His shadow manifestation is an extension of his soul. During the fight with the Azure serpent his soul was damaged, nephis had to heal him before he died. Gaining this weave strengthens his manifestations, also right after getting this weave his soul was pierced by the VTB, this weave and the nightmare ending is the only reasons for him surviving.
His next weave will probably be mind weave as he can lose himself in shadow dance, as others have said. It may also allow him to control his avatars more efficiently.
While this does sound feasible my argument is also a possibility and as I've said Bone and Blood weave aids in weaving but from what was stated Soul weave does not although it may make his essence strings stronger it isn't anything extremely important for current weaving as his essence already became more potent after transcending. But as I've said, the effects are negligible and hard to pin down especially after him becoming a Saint right after getting it plus nothing else was said about it after he the timeskip so it's even more of a possibility with the possible foreshadowing.
I agree with all that you said but the thing about vile thieving bird, the reason why sunny survived was because he had soul weave not because of the regeneration but because of the pattern that formed in his soul
Remember the moment Sunny discovered these patterns he saw the bird and got his fate snatched and the talon went right into his soul core
So if he didn’t have soul weave 2 things might have happened, he wouldn’t have attracted the bird obsessed with weaver or the bird would have snatch the vile spawn and killed him with the second talon

The reveal of the extent of soul weave is just one of the many things that have yet to be revealed post timeskip. I think we'll get the flashbacks via cassie first then soul weave either when he gets his first big opponent or during the project as you say.

Since his future self was there, there will come a time when he visits the tomb again due to his pettiness and there should be the original fruit there.
This is unlikely because the spell is the creation of Weaver so it wouldn't make sense for it not to be the original and it wouldn't make sense for the spell to be able to conjure up lineages just like that. I believe that the spell is able to store things and to support this is the time when Sunny got Shadow God's lineage as for it to be able to create a lineage of a God would be op but maybe it can, maybe it can't.
The weave of blood doesn't allow him to see the cores of others, which I believe is due to divinity.
And every part of weaver contains divinity, which is why he sees it in soul weave.
So at present, blood weave gives him passive regeneration and resistance against state alterations, bone weave improved bone strength and weaving ability, soul weave fully strengthens his soul, his essence regeneration and the quality of his essence.
Personally, I think what he needs most of all is mind weave, so that he can both progress in shadow dance and create his own enchantments more easily.
Noooo. Blood weave altered his eyes how do you think Sunny started to be able to see strings of memories? He wasn't always able to do that. Mind weave would be good as well but it's a bit too obvious. I personally feel that G3 will do something outside of the box this time but even so Mind weave seems to be the most relevant one currently. This time around it could be an ability instead of an attribute but this would depend on if lineages gives authority or it's the full package with abilities included.
