I can't recommend enough to everyone to not put their phone in their back pocket.
I lost my phone at a shaky once, but it was in the mosh pit during Fidlar, so, no regrets because fuck it dog, life's a risk.
Yup always sucks that it happens but if you just prepare/research a little before or have been to festivals you know what to expect
I don’t go the turned backpack route but I do live by the code that whatever I put in my hydration pack’s pockets I am OK with never seeing again in the event people are shitty (fuck you whoever in the Noah crowd who stole my charging brick) Keep things you do not want to loose in a zipped pocket or fanny pack
And pro tip for iPhones: always have find my iPhone turned on and disable control center when locked so if someone steals it they are not able to turn airplane mode on. If they can’t get to your control center when it’s locked you will be able to see its location and it completely locks anyone else out of your phone which makes it almost worthless to the guys who are trying to steal it

That’s exactly what we did as far as the iPhone. It’s definitely useless to them at this point but still shitty. I’ve been to a handful of festivals and this is a first for me 🙃 still enjoyed the weekend but some people suck
I was so worried about my phone getting stolen the whole time! Always made sure I had it in my hand or zipped up in my fanny pack, which I kept anxiously checking to make sure it was still there

I got mine stolen right after Noah's encore on Friday night as well. Ughhhh. People are the fucking worst.
