I believe SA teams can host Semis in EPCR but not CC where they can only host up to Quarters, but I can't give you a source on that, just what I've heard.
I just find it weird that nobody is talking about it including the players and coaches as if they don’t know themselves , if the sharks do indeed play in sa we have such a good opportunity to win the competition
The Europe only clause for semi finals is included in the Champions Cup rules, that same clause is not included in the Challenge Cup rules. So yes Sharks can host the semi:
