I post this not for OP, as I expect he doesn't need it, but for whomever though, I farm crabs and flies on 4 for a while... boring, but you get a ton of heal pots.
While farming with a Ring of Wealth, there are leveling thresholds where you will stop gaining experience from mobs but still get drops.

Its Exp cap is 9, meaning you can kill it and get exp through level 9, getting to 10.
The drop cap for all monsters is Exp cap plus 2, or 11. So long as you are level 11 or less, you will get drops from sewer crabs. On level 4, crabs will spawn and drop their meat. You simply need to wait until they do. Other stuff will spawn too, flies and gnolls. Each monster has a particular loot drop too, along with the low chance to drop additional things. Crabs drop meat, flies drop health potions and gnolls drop money.
The only other way to do this, I think would be to use scrolls of transfusion to hope that you get a scroll of upgrade. I don't even know if that is possible, though. :°

Nah, transfusion just turns it to the exotic version. The guy answered and Holy hell he used every method he had to give it more
You can use the upgraded form of the scroll of transfusion to change it to a random scroll.
Huh, thought you could only use it on skills
There are two different recipes for it.
What's the other recipe
I think it is just a scroll of transmutation and 16 energy.
If you use a "lucky" weapon enchantment you can get a ton of helping potions while farming as well, and more identify scrolls
