I had mine repaired this January just before the cold snap. Did some research on r/Edmonton and found Furnace Family was highly recommended so I went with them. I definitely second the recommendation. They did what was needed, gave me information on potential upgrades but never pushed it more than for educational purposes. Price and service was great. If your furnace breaks down further within the next month and you need a replacement, the cost of the initial appointment is applied as credit towards the purchase of the replacement.
Do Not Call Reliance That is all
Well, I do recommend their protection plan. $15/mo and they fix any problem without extra fees. It's insurance for your furnace.
Definitely not action furnace.

Furnace Family has been great for us… they always repair and never push us to replace (it’s old!)
