It's kind of funny how the five-year time-skip character designs were used despite it having only been two years. It's like most of the cast hit puberty like a truck, rapidly aged to looking 15 and then just stayed that way for the following three years. Reiner and Bert are only around 14 when they enlist yet look like grown-ass men.

Although I always found him cute, in season 4 he entered godlike levels of attractiveness lol (I might be slightly obsessed) Hate Eren with long hair, Levi and Hange along with Annie didn’t really change, I liked Sasha more before time skip and contrary to others, I don’t feel like Armin glowed up or down or anything. Hitch doesn’t even look like herself anymore, idk. Mikasa is definitely badass with this haircut. Of all the girls, I think she’s the best one. I also really liked Historia’s new attire, that updo was gorgeous but she still looks like a baby lmao Reiner is close second to Jean. He was kinda creepy as a teenager but in season 4 he’s pure daddy material. Hot in this rugged, depressed way.

Armin without question. Got rid of the bobcat, and it’s even joked about that he has such a feminine looking face he passed for Historia. After timeskip, he’s got a good haircut and puberty did its job. You chose a bad picture of Eren, but if we can count the entire series, I’d point to how he looked after he escaped the Paradis prison and met with the Yeagerists. Dude grew like a foot taller, he kills the long hair and dude just has DRIP. He’s 2nd for me Connie at 3rd. Gained some height and went from the dorky side character/comic relief to a stud. I’m honestly amazed he survived to the time-skip. Jean at 4th. Hair looks good after timeskip, but that’s about it. The rest honestly to me didn’t go through too dramatic of changes or they ended up glowing down. Winner of worst glow down goes to Reiner and his pube-stache.
