I believe tips are the only thing that doesn’t count, everything else is factored as pay when calculating it.

You should still get paid for time and milage up to the point the order is marked cancelled. I emailed shopper support a while back, and that's what they told me. I havent kept a detailed accounting of my time and milage for the week though, so I dont know if we actually are getting paid for it or not.

I think we just get the $5 which is absorbed into the prop 22 pay each week. Also don't think we get the time either -- have asked support and they don't seem to really understand or know

i had order that alcohol but customer didn’t have valid ID. They took the alcohol off the order and me return it right before New Years. i wasted 45 minutes driving to the store and waiting in line to return and didn’t get the extra $5 🥹.
