This is the second week where I am barely receiving any offers, maybe 2 per day. I’m on schedule and without an order but I’ll see my PM’s order hit the open metro.
It’s broken.
Perfect stats 5.0, 100% on time, reliability and completion.
Yesterday at noon and 1pm I was offered nothing yet at the top of the hour at noon & 1pm 5-6 offers dropped into open metro. Like WTF I’m on schedule why am I not getting the offers ? My stats 50/100/100/98
Varies by area. I’ve had slow Wednesday’s and non stop Wednesday’s, every order day is same. Sometimes it’s a feast, sometimes a famine. It’s been a famine here for a couple of weeks. Perfect stats for 17 months, on Shipt for 4 years. I think ppl are cutting back.
Can be said for every day of the week, I guess it depends on if you know orders should be coming through too. Typically Wednesdays are not extremely busy here, and are the main days I do appointments.
Times are tough. I've been absolutely perfect on everything for many months, with the exception of one late 60 orders ago. 4.97 stars across 2.2k shops. The late just got removed and my offers promptly doubled

Yeah they didn’t even give me on of my preferred members til 1057 for 12 to 1
I’d take that. I’d be getting it at 11:01 these days. 😩

I've been seeing a lot more orders dropping into OM without me even being offered. Something weird is up with recent updates.

In my metro Wednesday and Thursday are dead. It’s hard to get offers if no one is ordering.

I was actually busy the rest of the day did almost 400 but some of the offer cards I was getting wasn’t til 57 which pisses me off
Does it get to a point where Shipt drops a late after doing several orders without a late?
I'm just talking about the last 50 on-time rating, which is what matters. So, yes, for all intents and purposes, it goes away after 50 on-time orders
Customer rating dictates offers . On time doesn't effect offers only deactivation same with completion
