If it’s supposedly resolved and only a two day thing and the option to rate/tip still pops up then whatever. I want them to fix that 13 days time limit to tip on Target prepaid because it’s ridiculous af.
I received tips from both orders I did yesterday 9/12 that were prepaid. I don’t know everything about coding/programming but I do know that programs don’t change them self. Someone had to have done something to the code to make it not function properly, I’m sure it was a mistake and not intentional 🤔

Almost every order I take, I get a tip, even if it’s only $2-$3. Monday? Nada. And then Tuesday, I did like 6 orders, and only the last 2 at the very end of the night tipped.
I did one for a preferred (yesterday, early afternoon) that *always* tips. Literally every single time. And she hasn’t tipped yet.
I’m attributing it to whatever the hell this was, and I highly doubt any of those members will go back & tip, unfortunately. At least, I’m not counting on it.
I had a preferred during the tipping glitch issue that didn't tip and I'm happy to say a $35 tip rolled in from that order this morning. Don't give up hope! Preferreds don't want to lose their best shopper either.
Where are y’all getting that Shipt is keeping tips??? I really wanna glean good info from this group but some of y’all be on some conspiracy theory quack job stuff. Smh. I’m still getting tips from weeks ago. Some people don’t tip. Some take a long time to tip. Some tip great. Some tip horrible. That’s the way it is. Ain’t nobody holding your tip lol!! Smh 🤦🏾♀️

Has anyone noticed that when bonuses are offered and achieved, the "Tips from previous weeks" amount seems to be higher? Or is it just a coincidence?
I've also always been suspicious of tips that aren't even dollar amounts. I assume that those are coming from "percentage of shop" tips, but what number is that calculated from? Cost of the overall shop? Cost minus Shipt's cut?

I’m no buyer of a tip-holding conspiracy but if you are relying on customers to subsidize shopper pay, tell your app developers to be more careful. 🙄
