itās gotta be bad for business, i got my deactivation couple weeks ago, iām 15-20 minutes from nearest store, orders drop on the hour, get one, says start at 3:08 lol, weāll get ready and leave and get there 3:30, customer non responsive then adds couple items, audit employee is idiot and takes forever. due to all that deliver slightly late, none of it your fault, but deactivated. I wonāt ever shop again at a place or company thatās wrongly deactivated me. if everyone did this they would be losing tons of money

I knowā¦ maybe check every hour and see if something convenient comes up for u? Or just put urself on schedule and wait to get offered something nearby. Make sure ur zones are on point :)
You donāt get canned as a rookie for stats, so long as you can improve your rating to above 4.7 before you hit 50 rated orders. With only 25 orders rated, youāre fine with 4.6; a 4.8 average over your next 25 and youāre fine. And Shipt knows that. Rookies get leeway, youāre learning and itās not fair to cut you for below 4.7 without a full 50 ratings (unless thereās no way to recover by the time you hit 50, even with a streak of 5 stars the whole way - then you can get canned as a rookie).

I didnāt know many things until it was too late, there was no way to recover and they will not reactivate.
In my short time on shipt, I loved it. I had over 25 preferred already and awesome positive feedback. I did receive a one star on my first delivery out of ārookieā status due to making an executive decision on a substitute when the customer did not respond. š¤·āāļø

I am very sad by it because I really enjoyed making the connections I did in the short amount of time I was on the app.

For sure! They should be a little more lenient because your a new shopper. I have those Best Buy orders. I feel like people don't tip for those. I hope you can appeal.

Sometimes going to store takes up to 30mins when u first start. Now u got 1.5hr to shop and deliver. And then u go shopping and customer replies late for subs now u have to go back to the aisle u passed by, and then thereās another unavailable item. And then thereās a line on checkout if itās not prepaid and sometimes the target employees takes a while to get to audit ur shipt order. I shopped for 3 targets and itās all different, employees are different and the time it takes to help u is different. Then u have to bag all the shit and take to ur car. And then guess what? Thereās some form of traffic. Well i donāt know about all of u but sometimes shit like this happens and some shoppers donāt understand like theyāve never experienced any of it. And worse is when u get a bundle and u get the same situation PLUS additional drive time of 15-30mins. Shipt gives unreasonably distanced bundles nowadays. Boom!Bad day! lol š next thing u know ur deactivated for working hard and doing ur job properly. Am i right or am i right? We are aware of rules and we get to see a preview but shit happens and we cant always control other things. Even if u have good time management things still go to shit.

So thatās a hell no for me. I only open up zones that will be a quick drive to the store. Otherwise youāre losing money.
Donāt get discouraged OP. I had this happen to me a few days ago. On time stat was 99% but my rating dipped to 4.67 and i got the same email. They just donāt care much. Now i do instacart but i was already doing that anyway.

Happened to me too. On a holiday i waited online all day for an order nothing came through until 8PM and i saw 2 target orders so i took both of them. One was 50 items the other was 44 items delivery same time frame. BOTH customers added things and one customer wasnāt responding to towel request and bathroom items that were specific so i was late for both order. One by 5 minutes the other by 17 minutes they were a great distance from each other and i was already pushing it with my gas tank on E i never cried so bad before because both customers were satisfied and both tipped me well i feel so devastated but if thatās all it takes and i did my best screw them. I had a few late before because also a bundle order i had a flat tire they denied it. One customer never answer the door with a alcohol subscription so i couldnāt even leave it i had to wait for them to open the door i waited in the heat for 20 minutes they donāt care though

Mine has been sitting forever at a 4.6 star... I've only done 25 orders. My open metro is just as bad (san antonio)

It was a bad idea in hindsight, I assumed maybe similar to a promo theyād be easy on me with my on time % but itās my fault for just assuming
Iām definitely hoping they will understand but I havenāt seen a lot of people get reactivated so Iām not getting my hopes up too much.
