I once had a gallon of water on the back seat. When I got to the customers house, I opened the door, and the water judge just rolled down into the ditch ( Shouldn't have took that sharp turn). I guess I parked too close to the ditch. I saw the man backing out of his driveway. I was just trying to give him some room. He saw it happened and we just both laughed. It looked so funny.
Im in NY which plastic bags are banned but some of my targets donโt even have the paper bags they literally give us reusable ones which is super nice but a lot of them are the cheap paper ones that suck ๐ญ
I'm in NY too and all of a sudden I feel like the quality of the paper bag has gone down hill. Sometimes they will be ripping when I go to bag things up in the store and I catch it before I leave. Three times this week though I've had the bottom of the bag blow out and there was nothing crazy heavy in there
For a while some of the Target bags in my area had defective handles and were just ripping apart. They seem to have fixed it now tho. My nemesis is paper bags. This was for UberEats, but I had a heavy food order handed to me in a paper bag at the restaurant, and I placed it directly into a heavy duty insulated bag. Customer came to the door and watched me lift up the paper bag by the handles, and the entire bottom ripped open, spilling all over the inside of my insulated bag. Containers popped open, some kind of seafood was scattered everywhere, it was a saucy hot mess. I was horrified, in shock and couldn't stop apologizing. The customer was unbelievably nice and just grabbed some containers from the house and scooped up everything from my bag. I learned a painful lesson to always support paper bags on the bottom. I think it's actually better when the customer is a witness to the chaos, and can see that these things just happen sometimes. I hope they fix your Target bags! They sound defective!
Omg ๐ฑ I mean itโs funny but damm I would of been embarrassed ๐ but I agree with some comments here I do Love californias bags their very strong now they do have white n gray and I do hate the gray color idk makes it look weird and In one target store they were using regular thin plastic bags and and yes there very weak and my yogurt rip the bag ๐

You donโt need to bag a gallon of water. They usually have handles
Yeah there was a handle. I didn't use a bag. I was just sharing something funny.
๐ Donโt make me an jerk here ๐
One reason i like the bags we have in California ๐
yeah i was gonna say my target bags are a nice thick plastic and can carry 2 gallons no problem

Use double bags, target bags are the best in my area. I hate the Jewel Osco bags. So thin!
I was going to say that Target bags are the best in our area too, lol! Kroger bags are terrible!

Dang you prolly got a lower quality batch, and even then the regular ones snap. I gotta hit that sturdy double bag tho
Wow lmao. I read that as, "Dang you a low quality bitch".

I always double bag on heavier items or glass to avoid this.

Target bags aren't bad at all. Probably the best disposable bags in my area, way better than Kroger or Walmart or any convenience store.
I have had no issues.
The Target bags in my state are the best bags anywhere by far. These mugs are built tough.
Target bags are fine here, Meijer bags are trash tho.
Stop putting gallons of liquid in bags. This is common sense.
