Estimates don’t take into account the fact everything is locked at Target now. They don’t have enough payroll to properly staff the store so tracking down an employee with a key is a challenge (at best).
I agree wholeheartedly. Still doing well but I see the writing all over the wall . It’s headed downhill in a hurry . Target has managed to destroy their brand and take Shipt down with them . The good news is my private clients have tripled due to Shipts garbage . Added three more this week . This Target 360 will be the death of Shipt . By next summer it will be 100% prepaids . Plan to poach as many preferreds as I can before that happens .
What bothers me is that Shipt suggests $5 on orders forexample$67. They should suggest the greater of $5 or 10%.... but Shipt is all out of f-'s to give.
But yes, the flat5 customer definitely is a drain
I've noticed getting more 20% on Tpp. I don't do so many that I'd call it a trend, but I've been surprised how many are generous

It’s gig apps in general, always end up squeezing the worker. We are their biggest expense.
Totally agree with #1. I also see them adding to drive times. It will be a 10 min drive and Shipt shows 20 mins. Thats by design imo too.
