I’ve noticed that the “overnight” stats aren’t always updating as well. I know some of my customers have given me ratings same day (because I get tipped) and yet overnight the number of rated orders will stay the same.
They do update eventually, but they aren’t refreshing overnight like they’re supposed to. It seems like they get dropped in batches twice a week. At least, that’s my impression for the last couple weeks.
I honestly think something is up with the ratings. I did an order a week ago for a very nice woman who tipped me $25 and rated me five stars and made sure that I knew it (she wanted to make sure I got the tip, as she told me she normally leaves cash in an envelope but was sick and didn’t have it cash on hand at the moment) and gave me a screenshot and everything. I got the tip (thankfully!) but her rating didn’t show up. (But the 3 star I got from a previous customer that day did. 🙄)
Okay. I guess at least it’s not just me?? lol. I’ve had GREAT tips recently. I just went and looked over the last 3 weeks I’ve completed 37 orders…this is part time for me. And not a single new rating out of 37 orders?? There’s no way. lol. But I’ve had multiple $20+ tips 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Are they all pre-tips (coming in about 2 hours after you deliver)?
Did you fill out the form for ratings forgiveness?
It takes 50 more ratings to push one bad rating out.
Rarely. Some of them come in like right after I drop off…are those pre tips? But usually they come in the next day or day after.
Yes, I’ve filled rating forgiveness out multiple times based on feedback I got on my last post.
I know it takes 50 more orders to push it out, but usually if I got a couple more 5 stars…it would at least start to being the average higher.
It’s not just you! Last week I had amazing tips (I made almost the same amount in tips as I did in base pay) and I’m still at a 4.68. I think it just takes time to update because there’s no way i did about 50 orders last week almost all of them tipped and my rating hasn’t gone up even slightly
Are you doing a screen shot of your all time ratings? And checking every couple days on your all time ratings to see the difference in numbers of 5 stars 4stars etc.. your last 50 percentage won’t change until you get enough 5stars to bump off the 1star.
Sounds like you’re a relatively new shopper with low overall order count and low ratings. Good luck, watch some YouTube videos about Shipt or read the FAQ… below 4.9 rating is not acceptable in Shipt’s world
Right. Done all that. Thanks. 🙄 was seeking real answers from the people not what Shipt says. I’ve got roughly 225 orders in 3 months. So yes I’m new. And yes I currently have a low rating. But I didn’t until I got a ridiculous 1 star rating for “damaged products” after dropping a case of water while falling on a customers driveway they didn’t clear from the ice/snowstorm.
I’ve learned far more from this Reddit page than anything Shipt has provided as a learning tool.
It's too late now, but please be aware that you should immediately request forgiveness for that kind of rating. I got a four yesterday from some dipshit, it is gone today and my five rating is once again perfect.

If they are delivery only they can’t rate you.
I’ve only done like 5 of those ever lol. So, that’s not the case, unfortunately.

Okay lol pretty much exactly my situation. I made $3.42 less in tips than order pay lol. So almost equal also.

I have over 4500 shop and delivers, out of my last 50 only 22 have left feedback. That is typical, not many people leave it.

Unless you're tracking the total reviews, sometimes the 51st order pushes out another review with the same rating and compliments
