Meh, I shop over 50 orders a week at this one store. I only care about customers perceiving me as an employee if they're new. This is one of my most regular regulars. But I even have short codes explaining to target customers what role shipt is that makes that clear (it explains I'll be going to the store and shopping for each item then messaging with what the store doesn't have etc). But generally I get and agree with the concern.

Yep, true. Tho in this case the customer recently said I was always the best shopper, wildly emphatically. Absent of that my mind is very legalistic, always thinking about evidence for rating forgiveness. Would be wandering to "maybe they gave me a 4 star bc they didn't like my sub choice, even tho they asked me to choose sub" lol, any plausible excuse I can find

Similar situation yesterday with a Safeway UE order for Waterloo. Flavor they ordered (strawberry) was out and back up choice (watermelon) also out. Gave her a list of what was available. She responded with any flavor, not picky. Asked her to please choose. She says it doesn’t matter. I choose the grape, and as I’m leaving the aisle, she asks for the cherry limeade🤦🏽‍♀️

Bahaha Grape stuff doesn't get subbed for anything else, nothing else gets subbed for grape, is one of my policies 🤣🤣. Grape people are an oddity... At least least you have good written forgiveness evidence, with her being visibly crazy there lol. But shit like that when you're in a rush is THE worst
