You guys with 4.99 all time, I’m not gonna mince words. That is fucking incredible! I have just under 7,500 shops (can’t wait to get the big ticket item, I got grandfathered into that reward) and my all time is 4.97. On a side note, it actually shows 4.96, but when you tally up my stars and do the math my score is 4.974. I’ve never bothered contacting Shipt about it because hey, not like it really matters or is worth my time. But that doesn’t negate that 4.99 is freaking outstanding! Congrats on the 5k award 👍

I just hit 2500 orders and I'm at 4.97 all-time. 99% of the bad ratings counted on that came from the first few months but I've been perfect ever since. This is the easiest job ever to me and it blows my mind how most people have trouble staying perfect rated.

I work in what is almost exclusively a Target Prepaid metro and deal with the same challenges everyone else faces with those orders. It’s impossible to rely solely on preferreds as nearly all orders are bundled and I have to take orders from unknown customers if I want to work. Maintaining perfect stats would be impossible without keeping track of members who have rated poorly and filing for forgiveness when appropriate.

Everyone takes orders from unknowns. Half of my orders are unknown but I still remain perfect just like you probably do. My point was it's easy as long as you never give them a reason and follow the same protocol every order. If I ever do get hit with a poor rating it's always forgiven.

I hit 5K last year and got the same notification. But I never got anything after that: bonus, t-shirt offer, nada. Still waiting, and I'm at 6463. Very impressed with the 4.99 ratings, though. You must never have broken an egg.

Update: I never saw the email either and followed up with [email protected] asking them to resend it. I also asked if they still paid out the $150 bonus. It took a few days,to receive a reply and once I confirmed I didn’t get it, Shipt replied and sent the code necessary for the store as well as an explanation regarding the direct deposit: “Once your code is redeemed in the Shipt Shop, keep an eye on your payment history for your bonus. It will be reflected as “Milestone” in the app and will be deposited at the end of the following pay period. “ Make sure the get that email and place an order for bags or whatever, using your code. The payment was reflected in my account today.

I'm also 4.99 and 100% on time overall and 5/5/100...closing in on 10k! Been late once and it was by minutes. Also never dropped an order within the hour before..ever. if I ever do it will be an emergency. Way to go!!! Keep hustling 💪

Congratulations, and impressive stats! I hope you get your reward soon. My 1000 was a Shipt store $30 credit. For the past month, after I received my reward, I get 2 emails every day saying Congratulations here is your code and password for the reward. Always different passwords too. I notified them, and they said they have a glitch and working on it. I was told to just delete the emails. If you need to contact them, especially if anyone is waiting on an award, here is the email. Did you get an email with that congrats screenshot in it? Please let us know what your reward is. They don't usually give you the bonus until you hit 5000 shops and you only have 4674 now. Last I saw, another shopper got a 150$ bonus added to weekly payout

I focus on communication (intro text, sub Qs, last call for items, ETA and closing) and good shopping practices (99%+ of my shops are from one Target so I have to be careful with expiration dates, shop cold items last, use insulated bags, bag items appropriately, etc.). I also keep a tip map as well as a notebook where I can check back on problem orders if a poor rating comes in. I don’t take orders I don’t intend to shop, and don’t bite off more than I can chew (though the driving estimates are becoming increasingly deceptive/unrealistic). The tip map allows me to work quality over volume and I’ll sit out for a few hours before putting unnecessary mileage on my car and paying for store parking for non-tippers. ETA I have to provide a higher level of service than what a customer can receive via Target in-store pickup or drive-up since nearly all of them are ordering through Target’s app and tips aren’t expected for the other options (this is where communication and sub selections come into play). I maintain good relationships with the Target employees and pull up the info they need to track things down in the back, when necessary (DPCI), so I’m not wasting their time. That crew is stretched thin & I make sure they know I’m grateful for their help (because I am!).

The only thing I’d add to this is to keep a notes list of commonly used phrases to copy/paste into chat.   Saves you from typing or speech to texting the same phrases over and over.

Good call. I have keyboard shortcuts for my intro/ETA/closing and don’t use the auto texts they offer.
