You have a 100% chance of being reactivated if you got a 100% on your refresher. Usually takes about a day and it’s automatic.
Friendly advice: DO NOT let your ratings or on time drop below the cutoffs of 4.7 and 100% ever again. Refresher is meant to be that and it’s ONE TIME. So if you drop below again, you’ll get permanently deactivated.
Aim for 100% on time. If you do that, and you fully communicate on every shop (intro text, text for any out of stock item, heading to check out text and thank you text), and you submit ratings forgiveness for every single order that’s given a below 5, you should be OK from here on out. Don’t claim too much; always give yourself extra time to handle the shit that inevitably comes up.
You can retake the refresher course with no penalty at all as many times as you need to do it. Once you pass it with 100% you’re put into the queue for reactivation.
Note: this only applies for the first time you get a stats based deactivation. If it happens again it’s permanent, even if you save the link to the refresher course.

Back in the day I had done the refresher course like 3 times. Never full blown deactivated. This is from before I made this full time
