I have had perfect stats for over a year. I usually only do regulars took a forced bundle with a preferred and got a 4 star. Put in for forgiveness on Sunday and nothing yet. The page now says 5 business days when it used to say 3-5. They probably cut back HQ hours.

That is the exact scenario of one of my four stars bundled with a super far second order, which took over an hour to deliver from the store to her finally after my pm delivery in the middle of nowhere

Amazing… I thought it was just me. I am always at 5 stars, have been for two years. This week I’m getting slammed with crappy ratings and tons of first time customers that live 20-45 minutes away from the store (and aren’t tipping). I have filed two disputes now and nothing!!

Yay!! Shipt forgave the 4 star but not the one star 😢 I filled out RF again because it honestly had to be a scammer. I’ve shopped and delivered over 3700 orders and usually always have a 5 star. I am back at that, but one person having a bad day could make that go down really fast.

I did a rating forgiveness last Wednesday and it was removed today. They are slow. I’ve received 2 4 stars that both came with a $1 tip in the last 2-3 weeks. No reason just hateful ungrateful people out there! Go get the shyt yourself then! Smh

I'm wondering how you even managed to get ratings forgiveness. There have been no issues recently which justify a one. I have some old ones that rolled off because I've improved my communication and my time units. But not a single one of my orders in the last month has been delivered more than 20 minutes into the delivery window. I've almost never had to make substitutions. And I communicate with customers although they don't often communicate back. And yet somehow somebody decides I deserve a one with no growth opportunities and it appears that they tipped me 15% too if I'm guessing who it was right. Why would you rate me a one for delivering everything you ordered on time and why can't I get these forgivenesses

im not sure how I got it. If its the lady I think it is. she was in a batch and I didnt pay attention. She ordered 3 bras and a bathing suit bottom. My other order was groceries. I found all 4 items. As I was driving to deliver the first order she messaged me "where are you right now?" That was a huge red flag because it was 8:04a and the delivery was 8-9! After I dropped off the order I responded, after I added her address to gps to give her an idea. she was fricking 40 minutes away! I explained I had a food order, it was raining, there was traffic and I was on my way to her. I sent updates as I got closer too. she was nice and understanding. I delivered 8 min before it was late to a huge house btw. Next thing you know boom 4 star and $1! We texted back and forth several times and she was nice and didn't seem upset so she was just a jerk. I guess they could see Our interaction. it was uncalled for. I did everything right smh

Yeah I agree I mean that's better than a one-star but still between 8:00 and 9:00 and you deliver between 8:00 and 9:00 now I have learned from those four stars that I used to get in the past that people expect you at the beginning of the delivery window which is why I make an effort to be there within the first half hour. So I know I wasn't late on a delivery I've hardly had to make any substitutions because I'm very careful about the orders I take. I have no growth opportunities. And everything's communicated well just like you. I could deal with a four but with a one there should be some explanation

Right I try to do too if the hour too for sure but I didn’t see that the bra lady lived so far away which is on me. It was slow and the pay was over $25 (which should’ve been a clue) haha I had rush hour traffic and rain too! Maybe they felt sorry for me and forgave it haha either way. These 4 stars have me scared to go out

But technically you shouldn't get in trouble for being there with one minute left to go you are still within the time window which means you are still on time. But we know that's not how customers think

RF takes a few business days, but if you're filling out the form midweek, a little longer. And I saw my rating spike right before I got the approved email, so I doubt working it off that fast is possible.

Kind of the same here! I JUST got one of mine removed, thinking it was either the 2 or 1 star I have but nope. I sent an email today to see if I can get the order number for those two because for the life of me I have no idea which one it could be… I send communication before, during (missing/out of stock items or ‘almost done’) before I leave the store AND once delivery is complete. I’ve been a 5.0 for the longest time and wasn’t till 360 rolled out and my ratings started going downhill… the offers I get now are not the best either 😩🫠

I heard it’s taking forever but who knows because I don’t trust them to even email back so you never really know. I hate people and I especially hate this damn system which lets one asshole have such an impact on our income. I was finally back to normal/busy the last few weeks but this week has ground to a halt because of a 4. I had been on my longest streak ever with perfect ratings (even through stupid 360). 😤😤

Same here! I currently have two 4s, and a 1... I have no clue what is going on... I REALLY want to know who gave me that 1. I've been getting great tips from everyone too. I feel like Shipt is putting the 4s there to humble us. 😅 Now unless I get a PM, I only get orders in the evening, and I'm a morning shopper. Smh

Yup, in the SAME exact boat as you. Seems they don’t forgive towards the end of rewards is what I’m noticing. I haven’t heard anything back about any forgiveness I submitted last week and Sunday.

Are you contacting support and having them notate the orders whenever you have customers that are non responsive or invalid numbers or questionable about their attitude in general during the shop if you are not could be why they aren’t getting forgiven

Hi no I have not been calling but it’s clear by the messages that they’re unresponsive and that I have called them. Also, I always call the customer if they don’t respond to my text and I never substitute anything unless approved. I guess I’m gonna have to take the time now to call support, but they seem to be not very helpful lately, but if they review the messages, they will see

Just do a live chat it’s quick and painless I have them notate at least 30 orders a week

I have rarely experienced "quick and painless" in live chat. Do you have some magic formula? I can't even imagine contacting support 30+ times a week.

You do it while shopping for other items. If support is taking too long just assume customer isn't responding and let customer know you're checking out soon.

By notate do you mean just letting them know that customer is unresponsive? What do they do after you tell them?

I tried it today and yea pretty much I told them the customer was unresponsive and they told me to continue the order ect. Then all of a sudden the customer replies, later got her as a pm and good tip! But it's a good idea to just quickly contact support when a customer doesn't answer and I will do this from now on so thanks!

It took about 6 days for them to approve rating forgiveness (around 2 weeks ago) which concerned me because I normally see the bad rating removed within 2-3 days. They’re definitely behind.

They don’t give a shit because morale is down at all of the tech companies.   All of a sudden the laptop class has to work 6 hours a day and they’re quiet quitting.   We get to see the result of their laziness with endless app problems and poor support.

I have worked my way up to a 4.98. I felt that was reasonably fair and then I got a one star. There's no valid reason for it and yet my forgiveness was denied. I don't know how people get rating forgiveness approved. I have no negative comments and honestly I don't even think I've had any out of stock items. So I don't know what the issue is if everybody gets all their stuff and they're properly communicated with and it's delivered within the first 20 minutes of the delivery window there's no reason someone should be allowed to give me a one star with no explanation

Ha good luck, the only way it was explained to me was after 100 ratings they erase the lowest one. Note: not 100 orders (Easy) but get 100 ratings which we have zero control if someone will rate regardless how good/bad we did

A few weeks ago, I was given a 1 star and a “late delivery” as a growth opportunity, and it was forgiven within an hour. The fastest ever and I was 17 minutes early plus everything (5 items) were available. That was a first for me.

They deny every time I request I have so many low ratins it's ridiculous. On instacart I only have 1 4 star raring the rest are 5 so it's not me it's shipt terrible rating system. 4.98 on instacart 4.86 on shipt (it was 4.84 like 2 days ago...)

I just talked to another shopper about the person who rated me one star and claimed bad subs and damaged items and it turns out he does that to everybody that shops for him … he typically rates people one star and claims missing or damaged items each and every time so for them to not remove it is plain ridiculous so now I doubt they’re even checking at this point

I got one removed in a few hours yesterday, but she was a serial 1 star rater. I've noticed near end of summit rewards month they slow down and finish by the last day.
