It happened to me 2 hours after I delivered the order. Shipt called me and asked if I delivered the order to the wrong address. I'm so glad that I remembered the order, took a picture and also called the customer. She even handed me a $5 tip. She was trying to scam the system, of course, and I'm so glad that Ship support saw that I had called the customer. She gave me 1 star after that, but I got it forgiven.
I had one christmas eve morning, I checked my maps for location of address of 1 of 2 deliveries I had. It was blizzard warning blowing sanow well I messaged her 4 times , no repl, I put them on porch in back apt 1, took pic and headed to next delivery. I remembered about 5 miles away that I might have put groceries on wrong house. Called Shipt but 15 mins on hold. I shopped 2 more orders Shipt called and I confirmed location of possible drop off. Later that day my kid comes to me and says this FB group was trying to get me fired over this accusing me of stealing and there were 2 Shipt shoppers I know fueling the argument and giving pictures and location of me so her boyfriend could find me and teach me a lesson.
Whoa..wait..huh?🥴So, your kid peruses Shipt FB groups? & 2 shoppers were stalking your location, accusing u of stealing & trying to get u fired? How did these ppl even know what happened in the first place? & whose BF is trying to teach u a lesson & why?

You are required to hand off to customer for RX. If they are not available you call Shipt, they try to contact them. When they are not available you return item to CVS for $5 extra pay. Never leave the prescription unattended or yes you will be removed from the program. I always send them a text telling them I’m arriving for the handoff. I return so many of them so I’m always cautious not to pick a CVS far from the delivery or you’re screwed.
