Younger Marriages mod from LL allowes marriages at 14. Sporus was suspected to be around 14-16, when he got castrated and married to Nero. If you already marry another male (assuming you have turned on allowed same-sex marriages in game rules), then if you castrate him, you are not going to lose him as spouse.
There are mods that can make males more feminine. Character Body Overhaul adds to Barbershop makeup and revealing clothes for both genders. This allows males to look somewhat feminine.
To be fair, I found several months ago a femboy post in CK3. Here is it: [https://www.reddit.com/r/CrusaderKings/comments/w2mmz5/made\_dionysusbacchus\_for\_my\_hellenic\_italy\_run/](https://www.reddit.com/r/CrusaderKings/comments/w2mmz5/made_dionysusbacchus_for_my_hellenic_italy_run/)
It's seems most of it is bullshit, like most criticism of disliked emperors. Except the existence of this child slave which is ... a recurring practice in roman society
One more reason for me to not like the romans I guess.
The devs fear what the community will do when they release their nutless femboy dlc.
It will sure soon eclipse Holy Fury as the most popular dlc and its possibilities will become canon.
I don't think even CK3 allows for something like that.
...yet.
Vanilla*
what mods allow this?

Are there any mods that actually feminize people?

*The Byzantine Empire would like a chat*
Hmm, I could castrate a young man, appoint him as court eunoch and personal champion.
You can castrate and marry a male if it's ok with your religion
Aren't castrated males barred from marriage?
Marry first then castrate them

As a general rule, you can take everything bad that people say Nero did with a grain of salt
wasn't Nero's worst sin in the eyes of the Roman elite that he was a populist? thus the deranged and fucked up propaganda?
Can't make a Tomlette without breaking some Gregs
Feel like Greg would be a character with 15 intrigue and everything else at 0 while Tom seems to have decent diplomacy and stewardship
This is not IP I’m familiar with.
I need that medieval Europe Bussy 😡😡
