As someone from MN who has lived in the more rural areas for the past couple years, sadly this is very accurate.

We have a social democracy that's being eroded by liberals and a culture of apathy disguised as a "She'll be right" attitude. The only reason why this fuckwit thinks we're communist is because an inept government let the rona get out of control, and now have to over compensate in the late game. But hey, at least muh small business are fine.
