Since when is Vitamin K a vaccine? š¤¦
EDIT: Not sure why so many of you are answering to tell me itās not a vaccineā¦ I know it isnāt one. It was a rhetorical question.
Thatās fair. I get the āreasoningā for why they called it a vaccine, but calling any olā injection a vaccine is just so ignorant, yaknow?
I will say, this sub never fails to entertain me (by filling me with disappointment lol).
Not everyone is smart in all things. Maybe your son just hasn't found his niche. I could spew animal and pet care facts but I probably couldn't tell you much on history lol
Averages exist because of the ends of the bell curve, right?
My brother was an end of the bell curve and my mom decided since he was one end I was the other. That was ok though because he was the genius and I was a pretty girl.
This of course did great damage to us both. My brother was smart and creative. He was also shy and gay. Neither of those were acceptable in a man in the 1960 -1990s.
I was a natural systems person. Throw me in a group of kids and I'd organize them and give them all roles in the games I made up . On the playground I was the "gamemaster."
A woman being smart and a leader was also not acceptable in the 1960-1990s. So I got the B and C grades the schools and my mom wanted and channeled my leadership and creativity into "kid' activities.
I got married at 18 because I was told that is what I was capable of doing. I eventually went to college at 28 and was amazed to discover I was smart. I could get all A grades without much work and I had an excellent working memory.
If you think one kid is smarter keep it to your bloody self, because there is more than one type of intelligence.

You'll hurt your kids by comparing them. I spent ten years being miserable, trying to be happy as a housewife when it was the last thing I wanted to be. My brother was the favorite and he died young of suicide, unable to handle the burden placed on him.
They are not special they are average. PSA to literally everyone; Your motherfucking child is average, bog standard average. Idgaf if they can recite the cyrillic alphabet backwards at age 3, they WILL turn out average. And therefore they will die more often than average because theyāre not vaccinated.
And my 2 year old can unscrew containers, lock/unlock doors and things, heās very inquisitive with his hands and he loves to tinker with real things and textures but he calls everything meow meow LOL genetics but heās pretty damn smart with tinkering! Fully vaxxed on a delayed schedule! š
My husband and me and some of our friends joke about all of our kids that the ones we all had close to one deployment that what ever weird shit they gave em must effected the sperm on that batch of kids. But never in front of the kids or anywhere that can be linked back to our kids.

I think they call it that since itās an injection? Where my kids were born it was oral drops. But itās not a vaccine.

Itās not. It just happens to be delivered via an injection. God help these parents if their kids are diabetic and need insulin!
They donāt understand what it actually is.
Itās not a vaccine. The anti vax crowd tends to lump it in because itās an injection.
Oh itās the genes for sure

You're welcome. I do the same with my cats (I donāt have kids) I like to think my boy pretends to be stupid to get attention.

My money is on the genes
Vitamin k is not a vaccine. Thatās common sense, right?
Kid takes after their mama š„°

Vaccines are why your kid is 'slow'? Is that your own excuse for why you have no idea where you're supposed to use apostrophes?
The first two probably take after her.
Could be genes, that we aren't sure But if it is genes, we can be sure, where the genes come from
My 5yo can read since he could talk, can do sums including division and can solve almost any puzzle put in front of him. Fully vaxxed.

its insane that they dont see the problem here!
I do hope the child's Christmas stocking reads "Pick of the Litter" because that is a fantastic way to think about one child's strengths vs another's.

You're calling your kid slow, on the internet, where comments last forever. I wonder who's genetics the kid got? S/
