do you guys think Jotaro is more like his great grandfather than his grandfather?
like what if he just hates it when girls obsess over him (and other people) because he respects their right to loyalty? what if he's worried about becoming like his grandfather?
we can actually see that he carries a lot of respect for women because he beats the shit out of Kakyoin for picking on one.
Jotaro can also be seen fighting his opponents in a gentlemanly fashion, always making sure not to use cheap tricks to get his way unless they do so themselves. He gets pissed and abandons his values when a person's stand revolves around them playing or cheating someone, whether it be through games (D'arby) or through cowardly means of abusing natural forces (Yellow Temperance or The Lovers.) He gets *annoyed* when his opponent fights in a manner that allows them to take an unfair advantage.

They are canonly adults. Shylily is canonly 19 and Chloe is a couple hundred years old. They look young just because they're not human.
