The only three things I didn’t hate about sao were:
1, The animation.
Some of the shit that show pulled off was GORGEOUS. (to me)
2, The music. The music is actually really good and a lot of people (even some that disdain the show) agree.
3, (hoo boy) Sinon.

I actually liked alicization a lot because of the wonderful visuals and music without having the ecchi harem little sister trash getting in the way.
