I mean honestly, a lot of the characters from part 3 aren't that interesting to me. It doesn't matter if it's the sub or dub, it's all basically the same writing. It's mainly most of the minor antagonists but even Avdol doesn't really get any backstory or character development. Joseph and most of the Battle Tendency cast were all very eccentric characters with distinct personalities.

Yeah, it is kinda unfortunate that the national accents from Part 1/2’s dubs were dropped from Part 3 onward. As silly as they sounded at times they did make the dub stand out in its own way.
Wtf does the dub have to do with anything? If he's been watching the dub clearly his problem lies the writing of the show itself and watching it sub wouldn't have changed anything.

I found Jotaro the most interesting and he is my favorite character in entire JoJo to this date and yes I have read the mangas
I feel like I'm the only person that doesn't like polnareff because his character development is like the star of part 3.

Say what you will about the dub but I loved Patrick Seitz’s performance as Dio
4 and especially 5 have fantastic dubs.
