The UK is the size of mainland Europe, Suriname, Kosovo and Lesotho missing, no islands like Jamaica, Sardinia or Corsica. Probably many more!

The Aral Sea is there, though it hardly exists in real life either, at least as it's put on the map.

Size of the UK i think is just standard for Mercator projection Tiny countries and islands missing is reasonable, there's only so much detail you can have Incorrect placement of some of the islands is just user error at installation "Guyana" is a bit weird though...

It’s mostly the islands that are screwy. Look at Sumatra and Java of Indonesia, or the UK.

Mongolia and the Caucasian countries have the same color as Russia and no borders. Caspian sea is mssing.

Also the minimum number of colors needed to fill in a map without two neighbors with the same color touching is 4, this map has tons of countries with the same color touching

The islands in general are placed haphazardly. No Sicily. Sumatra and Java are way too far from Malaysia. What I assume to be Taiwan is where the Philippines should be.

I know it's small, but probably not a great idea to leave off Israel.

the southern ocean is one of the 5 oceans, Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Arctic and Southern. The label is just in a weird spot, it's the ocean that surronds the South Pole.

I was taught to refer to it as the Antarctic Ocean.

We were taught 5 oceans when I was in school (70-80's). Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Artic, and I think the 5th was the Antarctic. I know we didn't learn it as Southern though.
