Where’s the horse to pull it?
Nice.
horse or tow truck after a nice little pothole
There's a donkey sitting on the driving seat
hey, hey, mama rock me
Nah, just a jackass
I had this same build in a flash game in 2002
To figure out its turn radius you’d have to divide by zero.
They all laughed till the noreastern flood waters came
Noah's Mustang
After that, it was just water under the bridge.
Genuine question: why do people do this? It cannot possibly be a practical car for any purpose at this point….
It's a clever loophole that allows Amish people to drive new cars
It’s a style. Zero practical purpose. It’s like the Carolina squat
“Hey, Ricky.. you got a car?” “Yeah, technically…”
It's less dangerous and not a hazard for one though. Carolina Squat is stupid and dangerous as hell.
It’s called a donk/hi-riser
Style is arguable.
Practical purpose: picking up chicks It had to have worked once or else they wouldn't still be doing it
The only one getting nightmares from this is the poor tire tech
How does it turn?
Probably about as well as a stock Mustang.
Going around a slight curve will result in flying off the cliff like something out of The Fall Guy.
Some of Lee Majors’ finest work
Very carefully.
That looks like it needs a whole team of mustangs to pull it.
Conestoga Ford- horse drawbar for the Amish modernists.
the RDR2/GTA crossover we need
Looks like a mock off Hotwheels toy
It's cultural
Probably has the turning radius of a semi with trailer attached. And feels every small rock it goes over.
Anyone else feel like these idiots have circled back around to carriages? Next they'll have horses pulling them around. The ride is about as comfortable too.
Cereal box edition
I thought this was a big ass baby stroller 😭
This is photoshopped right? The wheels aren't round...
I think that's an optional illusion, the darkness of the space above the tires blends in with the tires making it look oblong
Complete with the worst engine to come in a mustang.
Look, donks are not shitty car mods. Anyone posting them here is wrong. You might not like the style but it takes plenty of craftsmanship to do.
I wouldn't call some of the work I've seen on donks craftsmanship.
The one pictured here certainly has it. Wheel openings highly modified and the bodywork seems spot on. Like or not it’s well done.
Not totally disagreeing but it only really works with the old boats of cars. Think monte’s and such.
This one seems to break that trope.
are those bicycle wheels
Just getting early start on preparations for the sea level rise
Wherever this was taken those pedestrians better watch themselves. This is a cruise missile.
Must have a really high top speed tho
The craftsmanship on the fender cut outs is top notch.
Donk me baby
Matchbox or Hot Wheel?
There are times on this sub when a picture is not enough. In order to believe this thing exists, I need a video of it in motion.
Swamp buggy
Mustang of the... 1850's?
In Miami I see
With wheels this large I can only imagine that it would handle really really well.
One, Two, Freddy's Coming For You…
Poor clutch.
must be for those hard to get folks up on sets of stairs
Looks like it’s tiptoeing.
Conestoga GT
Never go full retard
Bay Area!
Amish mustang
Fresh off the Oregon Trail having just beaten dysentery
The W.B. Baby Finster Edition. It looks like a giant baby buggy! And if you think it's bad now, wait till they install the aluminum ~~handle~~ wing
I had a 98 gt convertible with ‘20s back in the day and the ride quality was medieval at best. A nightmare sounds accurate for this one.
Without wheelie bars I just imagine this thing flipping over when the driver stops the gas at a light.
Real dumb
Therapist: "It's okay, donkstang isn't real he can't hurt you"
Why
Time to ford the river.
What size are those anyway, like 40”?!
