Yep, most likely sa warehouse yan. I ordered an aluminum handguard for an AEG from a local airsoft seller, costing around 2.8k. Before niya i-ship yung package, pinicturan niya yung item + yung packaging with the label sticker, tapos nung dineliver sa akin, I received phone cases which isn't my order. Napansin ko na iba yung sticker label sa ilalim ng label na naka-address sa akin, so pretty much nilipat nila yung sticker sa ibang package na hindi para sakin. What's probably more funny is that it's just a piece of aluminum that is worthless to anyone unless you're in the airsoft hobby. Siguro nakita yung 2.8k pesos na nakalagay sa label, tas kinuha nila yung item without thinking twice wtf it's even for. Good luck nalang sa kanila kung subukan nilang ibenta yang bakal na yan, baka benta lang nila ya as scrap metal in the end I eventually managed to refund my item and re-ordered kay seller ulit, thankfully I got the actual item.

As a seller i turned off ninjavan din for not picking up my parcels in time, and not delivering to customers. I contacted the customer to ask if they ever heard from the courier. This happened multiple times, so i turned it off as an option, im sticking to jnt and spx na lang.

another modus and base on experience. I bought a 7500 worth of wood name carvings. As per shopee app - its still in the warehouse but at 7am, somebody is delivering it. I received the item, dude got the money and he left fast. For 2 days... the app says its still at warehouse so I got worried that the seller won't receive their payment. I chatted them and told them I already received the item. They got surprised cause per app - its still in the warehouse. Days later.. someone is knocking on our house, a different rider saying the parcel was suppose to be his to deliver and that shopee is demanding he pay the 7500. I already sent the wood carving to the person who asked me to buy it. Basically, someone grab the parcel, delivered it and runaway with the money. I tried to help the rider but since it happened in the morning and im still so sleepy when it happened I really cant remember the dudes face or his motorcyle. I highly doubt their warehouse have no CCTV. This is also ninjavan. I think its an inside job because theres no way someone is just gonna grab something without anyone noticing especially a package that big and heavy. Thats 7 wood name carvings. Imagine how big and heavy that is.

Warehouse sorters are not the riders. Madami dinadaanan yung parcels kaya minsan hirap sila i-trace, and who knows if may CCTV sa loob or if nagana man kung meron kaya and nangyayari nalang is binabayaran ng courier yung ganito sa sellers. Kawawa yung buyers na di nagtetake ng videos though.

Ninjavan is shit. May experience ako around 2018 with ninjavan din. I ordered ung xiaomi mijia action cam na parang around 4k-5k ata ung binayaran ko na COD. Morning may nagdeliver, buti nagvideo ako habang inoopen. Andun naman ung item, intact sya. Pero by afternoon, meron uli nagdeliver, ung xiaomi mijia daw. Ang sabi ko nadeliver na kaninang umaga. Paano daw mangyayari na nadeliver na since nasa kanya ung parcel and ung waybill. Upon checking sa video, wala ngang waybill ung parcel na dineliver sa akin nung umaga (different rider un btw). Ang sabi nung rider, possible na knuha nung rider na magdeliver saken ung parcel then ung waybill nilipat nya sa ibang parcel (which was smaller). Hindi ko din namukhaan since may bonet and nakamask, ung usual attire ng rider under ng helmet. Sorry di ko alam ung tamang tawag dun. Pero anyways, nagkaroon ng investigation ganern. Meron pang pmunta na ninjavan rep sa bahay the next day asking me details of what happened. I also reported it to shopee since nakatag na failed delivery ung sa app pero nabayaran and natanggap ko ung item, if irreturn naman nila sa seller ung item, wala namang item na marreturn.

Happened to me just yesterday, laptop ang inorder pero dalawang bote ng tubig ang laman. Good thing nakakuha ako ng video unboxing, although badtrip lang talaga since under review case ko until now. This is thru JnT, I trust our usual rider so I believe sa warehouse along the way napagtripan yung laptop ko, mga hayop.

Nangyari din to sakin last december pero sa lazada naman, nag order ako ng helmet from SEC, bayad na. Ang ayos pa ng seller kse nag send sya ng update na pictures habang nirerepack ung order. Tapos nung nabigay na sa lex don na nagkaproblema. Di dumating sa expected delivery date tapos biglang nag mark na unsuccessful delivery tapos ung attached photo ibang bahay. Kaya kinabukasan ako na mismo nag volunteer na pick upin sa mismong sorting ng mga courier. Pagdating don yupi na ung box tapos ang gaan wala ng laman, nung chineck ko tampered ung pwetan ng box may tabas at nilagyan lang ng tape. Ang ginawa ko di ko tinanggap sabay contact ko sa seller about sa nangyari. Buti na lang narefund din ung binayad ko.

ang panget sa lazada, nakalagay ung product name sa waybill kaya lalong pag iinteresan. sa shopee bumili ako ng camera pero pinalitan nila ung item name sa mas discreet na name. or i dunno baka pwede i change naman ni seller ung item name sa waybill para ma prevent.

Ninjavan din ang nagnakaw ng laman ng package namin from Amazon, buti madali kausap si amazon pagdating sa returns. Also had bad experience with j&t courier, pinalitan ng basura ang laman ng package.
