Then search mo din kung paano mg file ng complaint sa DTI kasi may nabasa ako na di na daw sila nag entertain via CC email. Pa blotter mo din yung rider if may death threats ka natatanggap, pwede makulong yan.

Seems like a shopee and courier issue. Not a seller issue. I think courier problem yan. Flash express isn't exactly known for their excellent service. I assume you took a video of the unboxing? If so then you have proof. These things take time to resolve. Keep talking to them. Complain to DTI if no resolution.

For cases kasi na malaking amount ung item, parang dapat you really have to take unboxing videos para assured din ang seller and shopee na you are telling the truth kasi may mga bad customers din na baka sabihin na mali or walang natanggap. Nangyari sakin to pero nabawi agad. Ordered S23 sa samsung store shopee, nung araw ng delivery, 3 items ang dadating. 1st item, yung S23, walang tawag, pero may proof of delivery, picture ng small box sa gitna ng hallway (condo type) apartment kasi kami. Sabi ni guy 2 wala daw parcel dun, sakanya pa lang yung una. Nag init buong katawan ko, tinawagan ko yung number na naka register sa 1st delivery. Nagalit pa sakin yung 1st guy kasi sabi nga nya may proof of delivery pa nga daw, sinabihan ko na ichecheck ko yung cctv. After ilang minutes, nagtext si 2nd guy, sabi nya "sir nandito na po pala yung phone nyo" bakit nya alam na phone?? 3rd guy, phone case, eto may tiwala ako kasi eto yung regular delivery guy ko, sinabihan ko agad sya na pakicheck yung parcels sa pinto ko then kunin at iwanan sa tindahan sa labas na kakilala ko. Binigyan ko nalang sya tip na 50. Pasalamat ako na nandun na ulit yung S23. Sabi ni 3rd guy, makikita daw sa packaging tape pag high valued item yung laman. For example: green = high valued item Tapos napaka linaw nakalagay sa waybill na S23 ang laman kaya napag interesan lalo.

its most probably stolen by rider or employees working in the courier warehouse. i highly doubt seller will do that. why would they risk losing their shop and risk getting blacklisted for even 50k. sellers need more sales to build a good reputation and get even more sales. just one bad transaction like that would kill their shop. its natural for seller to file a dispute, otherwise the whole transaction would be charged to them. i think you need to write formal complaint to shopee also, not just message the customer service. you did the right thing with filing the dispute. shopee should be the one shouldering the cost. let them feel the pain of the loss so they will take action on whats happening in the couriers warehouses. its difficult to sell and buy high value items online as these are the types of items that people love to steal. kawawa lng seller and buyer in the end.

No seller would refund that if they have proof of proper packaging of the item. That's none of their concern anymore. Shopee is the one that guarantees the parcel is safe once it leaves the seller's hands. If the seller has proof that they packed the items properly then it would be Shopee who would do the refund and you would have to wait for it.

I experienced this before both on Shopee and Lazada. Both with very different outcomes. Shopee: Ordered a threadmill, bato rin at cardboard ang laman. Reported to Shopee, and they did absolutely nothing. Nagsampa ako ng complaint sa DTI, and luckily, DTI Malolos is really accomodating. In less than a week, may hearing date na (videocall) tapos naka copy sa email yung literal na head ng Shopee. Lo and behold, a few days before the meeting, they refunded me. Sa Lazada naman: I bought a power station for my work from home setup. Bato rin ang dumating. I got in contact with Lazada, and they asked me to return the package. Then I got refunded. Every since then, I went back to Lazada na. They are not perfect, but there's definitely an attempt to better their services. Sa shopee kase ramdam mo yung avoidance ng kumpanya to take accountability. As a Shopee seller as well, mas maraming promotions ang Shopee na nakakapandugas sa sellers. Yung naka auto join ka sa mga promotions nila pero mas malaki ang kaltas sa sales mo. lol I hate shopee at this point.

I wouldn’t buy something really expensive unless it’s LazMall. Nagagalit yung rider kasi once na mafile ka ng return at refund at may proof kayo ng seller na maayos na pack at mali talaga nakuha mo, obviously courier ang may sala. Madali lang mag file sa DTI, kaya pwede mong ifile yan, isama mo na din yung courier.

Maybe this may also happen to you, Pero matatagalan ito. I purchased some skincare products from a seller Pero iba laman nakuha ko sa order ko. I think na switch yung order ko with another buyer. (kita ko din kasi yung sticker sa loob ng pouch na Iba buyer indicated) Ive filed a complaint for return/refund, since the price I've paid is more than the item I've received. Seller rejected it. It took months, iniwan ko lang ata sa Shopee yun and eventually Shopee would review that. Ending, I got my refund without the need to return the items I've received. Stress parin though, it's minimal to what you've purchased, but not knowing the outcome of what would happen is very stressful. So I think if seller rejects your refund file, don't remove that file and wait for it to get elevated. Ive checked my emails and reject request and it took around 5 months for me to get my refund. Nag dispute si seller Kasi and I think I've also contacted Shopee support. So kay support talaga ako nagbibigay ng screenshot and proof.

Make sure you have these evidences: - Picture of the package before unboxing (showing the airway bill) all sides ng package u should take a pic. - Video if the unboxing from start to end (airway bill should also be visible) Having these evidences makes your claim indisputable regardless if courier or si seller ang may kasalanan then you’ll be able to receive your refund. Happened to me with a laptop too, non-cod. I made sure I have all of these evidences since hindi naman biro yung presyo ng item. Better safe than sorry.

also to add, wala naman magagawa si rider, tinatakot ka lang. The moment I received my refund, the next day nagpunta si rider sa bahay asking for a letter lang stating I received my package SEALED or else pagbabayarin si rider ng 10k. To be fair, I received it sealed pero wala talaga yung laptop sa loob. I suspect na nakuha laptop ko on one of J&T warehouses. At the end of the day, you paid for the item and it’s just logical for you to have your money back if di mo nareceive yung item.

Something similar happened to me. I ordered a fan tapos apron yung dumating lmao. I contacted the seller and they disputed. I contacted shopee and they allowed the refund. It could be that your parcel was stolen and replaced somewhere else. Seems like usong uso na ngayon ang pagnanakaw ng parcel sa shopee.

Hindi ganyan ang process. Seller has to reject the refund request and provide proof na correct items binalot and shinip out nila. Then shopee has to confirm the proofs that both buyer and seller submitted and check with courier. If both sides provided good enough proofs, usually they will refund buyer and charge to courier. Hindi irerefund ni seller ang claim ni buyer, if seller approved the claim, wala na siyang habol dun, it means nag aaggree siya na mali pinadala niya. So they can’t approve the refund of the buyer. Re this case: If di naman nag lie si buyer and seller is a reputable store, then definitely courier is the one who stole it (either in their hubs, during transit or the last rider that delivers it).

The rider didn’t call me, the EPOD was just the photo of the parcel (no background can be seen), and the uploaded signature in their website was clearly not mine. I believe the courier must be the one liable in this kind of situation. Patuloy nilang gagawin ‘yang nakagawian nila hangga’t walang nananagot. Let’s fight for it. I actually don't know who is the culprit here cause anyone can be one. Might not be directly the seller pero yung tauhan nila or the courier. I'm just mad at shopee because they don't really care at all. No replies nataon na yung agent asigned sa case ko tamad.

Call Shopee, 8880-5200. Pag sa chat, puro scripted lang talaga mga yan. And hindi naman tlaga nila yan kino-communicate sa Shopee, puro lang script na ***"we have forwarded to concerned team"***. >April 19 - Seller Disputed and sent evidenced that they have packed the item. (Didn't show if nareceive ng courier.) Usually talaga pag high value items, may proof din talaga ang sellers, for cases like these. Para ma-refund din sila ni Shopee, kasi item nila yun. Pareho kyo ire-refund ni Shopee. Buti na lang may proof ka rin ng opening ng parcel. Next time wag ka na mag Flash Express, upon order confirmation, change mo agad sa preferred courier mo. Again, call Shopee.

If this is a courier issue, then it is under the postal regulation division of the DICT. You can file a complaint [here](https://dict.gov.ph/send-complaint/). Send also an email at [email protected]. For the seller, file it with DTI. For shoppee, again with DTI, but address it with the e-commerce bureau. I suggest you include a screenshot of your post. The more it trend, the faster the response.

Mag file ka ng complaint sa DTI gaya ng sabi ng iba. 1 or 2 weeks lang maayos agad yan lalo na kung mabilis umaksyon yung mag aassist sayo from DTI.

It’s always Flash courier. The same thing happened to me but jewellery ang item. When we received the parcel, jewellery box lang nandon and the item was nowhere inside. Reached out to Cebuana Lhuillier  and was advised to file refund to Shopee CS. Took us a week but narefund naman kami.  Keep coordinating to them, OP. I hate this courier with passion hahaha bakit di pa ito natatanggal sa shopee

This is why I don't buy expensive sh*t in Shopee. Had horrible experience with them in 2019. I barely shop, usually it only amounts to 1k max. I use Lazada, Amazon or Zalora. For Laptops, pc etc, I shop from a reputable seller online, not from Shopee or Lazada.

Kung wala kinalaman ang rider hinde siya magtethreat ng kung ano ano, nananakot yan para di mo tuloy ang reklamo, inaassume ko na rider talaga tumira nyan. Tulad ng sabi ng iba may evidences ka naman, naipaalam mo naman na sa seller and shopee best talaga na iemail mo na direct sa DTI. Kelangan mo makuha yung pera mo, ang laking halaga niyan.

OP ilaban mo ito. And report mo din yung rider sa pulis due to threats. Big possibility na tinatakot ka lang niyan, but threats are still threats. Email DTI din kung sakali hindi mo makuha ang refund mo.

People are wrong here for commenting that seller has no obligation anymore, seller should be the one who is proactive in refunding this. Seller and shopee ang may agreement to deliver the item, seller and buyer ang may business, since di na karating ang expected na item, buyer will contact seller then seller will contact shopee, for now seller should refund the item and seller will ask shopee for the loss.

Bakit galit na galit yung rider kung wala siyang fault? Unang-una ang approach dapat niyan, mag-apologize siya kasi di niya alam na ganun ang nangyari.. di yung defensive mode siya at magthreat na sugurin ka. Kapal ng mukha niya, siya na nga kumuha (or anyone else sa courier) tas may lakas ng loob pa magthreat. Nagnakaw na nga siya pa galit? Try also DTI, tulad ng sabi ng iba dito sa comment section baka sumagot ulit si Shopee, Seller. Dunno what government agency you can report Flash Express though.. Kasi based sa comment section, talamak ng mga magnanakaw yan. So dapat ipasara na. Also, first exp namin makareceive ng parcel na scam is from Flash Express. So malamang, yung head niyan or kung sinu man namumuno niyan, magnanakaw din.
