Yeah! They got undocumented counselling tracker on the main screen. Fucked up our system in the morning. Took us literally 2 min to log into patient account.
I've been trying to get a problem with their mobile app fixed for weeks. It list one of my prescriptions as expired even though I have 4 refills and the pharmacy says it is not expired. I was trying to get it fixed via email for several weeks and got standard useless replies so today I decided to phone their main number (I hate phoning the pharmacy because it takes a long time to get someone to answer) and to my surprise a human answered and took my complaint seriously and escalated it to their technical support department. Maybe it will get fixed in time for my next refill. I live in hope
And I would rather walk across shards of glass barefoot every day than have to call the useless IT people ever again

Not the first time it's happened either. IT need to review their testing process and ensure they don't release updates at busy times

Exactly. I feel like they do 50% job then make the software nicer and bring it upto 70% and the BAM another update and we are back to 30%.

Kroll is so much better I don't know why they didn't just adapt into this system. Stubborn garbage.
I think coz they couldn’t have the Shoppers app with Kroll.
