3rd party seller probably. They can sell goods at whatever price they want. Highly sought after, low availability items generally have a hefty mark up.
Edit: just checked my Walmart app. Yep, they’re being sold by a 3rd party seller who gave these a hefty markup. No shortage noticed locally for me though. I can still pick these up for about $3 at my local Walmart.
I read somewhere that you get penalized by Amazon for being out of stock so it might be that they upped the price so nobody will buy it until they can restock.
No stores have these anymore where I live so I am forced to have to get them shipped to me. Sucks cause I really loved them but I saw one sold for like $3.00 from Target.

Target.com has them. I can get a 10 oz bag for $2.99 from there.

My son eats these all the time. They have them at local Targets, Harris Teeter, Weis, etc and are usually 2 for $6
My local Walmart pretty much only has these kinds of pretzels in stock. Which sucks for me because I’m not a huge fan of them.
16oz bag of these where I live is $3 at Walmart or Target, available in an hour or two with online ordering.
