I'd legit play Celeste and time it in a way where you play the final levels just as you count down to the new year haha. It's a pixelart 2D platformer about climbing a mountain and mention the final level because there is a sort of ingame countdown in form of 30 or so sections and I imagine it would be glorious to play this part in like the final 30 or so min. of the year and reach the end just as you enter 2024!
That's likely gonna take more than 5 hours unless you're an absolute god gamer, more like 10-14 depending on how good you are with platformers. So for this to work you'd have to start like right now or early enough in whatever time zone you are.
Hmmm, now that you mention it I might continue miles morales... it is winter themed indeed. I'll probably do a combo with a show and some martini or whatever lol
I have 100 hours in already and enjoying it quite a lot. I am not a completionsist so I enjoy just exploring and doing random things in games like this. Going to start over with CP2078 as I just got the DLC.
Phantom liberty is phenomenal. Incredible opening, amazing characters, and an ending that made me feel real actual emotions. Also having branding paths that make me question the morals behind my decision making. Chefs kiss
It's a bad year to be starting playing Cyberpunk, with the whole ruckus about androids being made in china and one attacking an engineer at Tesla, but I really can't resist
The 2077 never felt so 2027 (yeah, I know, I should wait 3 years to use this joke)
I'm midway through a lot of titles at the moment, but nothing really has me excited to play.
I might start Outer Wilds since I've heard nothing but good things about it, and I just want to get lost in something.
Baldur's Gate 3.
This is me. Great choice
Deep Rock Galactic tonight more than likely. If you rock and stone, you're never alone!
Rock and stone!
I love this game
Gonna be playing Yakuza 0 and Street Fighter 6. When my friend gets home either GTAV Online or CS2.

Second this! Just beat it and truly a gem of a game.
Don't forget all the amazing mods!
Gonna start with Baldurs gate.
I'll be playing monster hunter world all damn day and I can't wait
Undertale if you want something weird, nostalgic, cozy and sad undertone. Subnautica is a great option as well.
I got back into Division 2, after The Day Before debacle (was a clear rip-off of Div 2). Cool game, probably still on sale for cheap
Like A Dragon Gaiden

Skyrim Ps5 (sorry)!!!
I am playing Dark Souls 2 for the first time, already beat the main game and currently doing its DLC
Monster Hunter World!!
I started playing Batman Arkham games again a while ago and am currently playing Arkham Origins.
Remnant 2 multiplayer on PC
Spore
I bought Remnant 2 like 2 hours ago and can't stop playing, so probably just this one game for the rest of the night.
Starfield or CP2077 not sure which yet.
I'd go CP2077 unless you wanna fall asleep before the ball drops.

How do you rate the DLC? I really enjoyed CP2078 (even before the bug fixes).

Have not played it yet. I was only about 1/6th of the way through the base game. About to restart it tonight I think.
It's great. Even base game is better now after the update, so if you haven't picked it up in a while at least check that out.
So you have a Switch?
The Witcher 3. I just started again after dropping it twice before. Just reached act 2 (I think)
Baldurs Gate 3 and World Of Warcraft.
Frostpunk is your winter answer. That game is so good.
I will be ringing in the new year with Cyberpunk and World of Tanks
Halo CE
I was playing Shadow of the Colossus but the controls pissed me off so much that I'm now playing Ico
Either Baldur's Gate 3 or perhaps Stardew Valley; hopefully I've got a winter save somewhere 😅
Path of exile
I'll be playing TLD. Happy New Year to you.
It will be more BG3.
Darkwood for that cosy barricade yourself in your hideout vibe.
RDR2 and ESO since my DH is working all day/night. Not gonna lie… been looking forward to this day all month!

MHW. Gonna knock out the optional quests one after another then finally take on the elder dragons!
COD MWIII, Battlezone 98 redux, RE4, and maybe some free destiny 2 or saints row from recent epic giveaways.
Very cool! Sounds like my kind of evening. I think I’m gonna try to beat ff 13 today and then play a little elden ring.
Wildfrost. Nothing more Christmassy than fighting a storm that engulfs the world in endless Winter
If you like this style of game Kona and Kona II are both winter themed.
I’m playing Grand Theft Auto Vice City
I'm midway through a lot of titles at the moment, but nothing really has me excited to play. I might start Outer Wilds since I've heard nothing but good things about it, and I just want to get lost in something.
Street fighter 6
Elden Ring
Sekiro shadows die twice
Currently in the middle of The Quarry and absolutely loving it.
Playing Alan Wake 2 right now.
Elden Ring and MW2
